My daughter was looking to buy her first car and found a car at this dealer and wanted me to go with her to look at it. I was skeptical right from the start because it was priced thousands lower than similar cars at other dealers. I didnt even think about haggling over the price. But as she was in signing the purchase papers I noticed the two front tires almost bald. When I told the manager he came out and looked at them. Offered to take the car right then and replace the tires. This was after we agreed to buy it. Then as we were ready to drive it off the lot I realized the tank was on empty. Had about a 40 minute drive home. They did not hesitate to take the car and put gas in it. half a tank would have been great. They nearly filled it up. The guy getting the gas heard a noise in the front end. He said this model was known for sway bars wearing out. Said to bring it back and they would have them replaced. Needless to say my daughter and I walked away very happy and more than impressed.

As other people pointed out in here the buying process is super smooth. The out of the door price for my car was about $150 above the advertised price and the price of the vehicle was over 15k. No weird fees or shady tactics. They make you feel like the car is yours even before you sign anything. The people there is super nice to deal with.. seems like a family business kind of vibe. The cars are all low mileage and they keep them as they come, so what you see is what you get which is good in a way because they dont make it look as if the car is new as most dealers do. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends. The car is fantastic and Im not sorry at all of flying all the way there from NJ and driving back home in a days time. It was exhausting, but It was all worth it. Thanks guys!

My husband and I love this place we are financing a car from there and it is a wonderful vehicle in great condition and the people who work there are very nice and their level of customer service is great and we had the pleasure of meeting Mark(sorry if the name isnt spelled correctly) but he is super nice and kind I am so impressed the level of professionalism and curtiosy they by far exceeded my expectations and they work with you and they are very reasonable and so are the prices,I will be going there again for our next vehicle and we recommend them to all of our family and friends and even people we dont know lol.Thank you so much Auto Boutique and all who work there and the ones we had the pleasure of meeting.

I worked with Robb at Auto Boutique. He was awesome to work with and hooked me up quick. He worked to get me a great rate (even though I did some searching myself and got a slightly lower APR) and was quick to return and call or question I had. I went from finding the car I loved, test driving, and taking it home in about 1-2 days. I really liked the selection of cars these guys have. Reliable, lower mileage, just off a lease cars from my fave manufacturers (Toyota/Honda/etc). Id recommend this dealer to anyone looking at a good car at good prices.

Dont deal with this company!!! They have no business ethics whatsoever. I had reserved a car to purchase and when i spoke to my bank about financing and got back to them, they said a customer had taken it for a test drive. How can they take a reservation and give it to someone else for test drive and they didnt even bother contacting me.

would not recommend the body shop on e 5th ave. They are thieves they stole an ipod cord and about 5$ in change. The work they done was ok. So to everyone out there if you choose these crooks make sure you take what you want to keep out of your car first

Great guys that care about the details and making the customer happy. Had a couple of mechanical issues after getting the car home and they were willing to fix everything in a timely manner on their dime. Good guys! Highly recommend either Alex or Alexi.
