The response below is a LIE, check the BBB. I never asked for cash, I said they should pay to repair the problem they covered up, using the mechanic THEY recommended. I bought a 98 Boxster with 59,435 miles on it. They would not let me take it to anyone to look at before the sale except their mechanic. Within 12 hours and 10 miles, the "Check Engine" light came on. I took it back, and they denied resetting it (they put 1500 miles on the car; I put 5), but said resetting the check engine light to sell the car is not fraud. I was a fool to buy a car "AS IS" from these guys. And NO, they DID NOT FIX ANYTHING!!! Despite what they posted! They publically accused me of extortion (the owner of this establishment is a liar, if he was not lying, they would have sued me). Notice how many posts are from generic google users... Now, 3 1/2 years later, after the BBB complaint has expired, he acts like he is willing to make good. And to the owner (I assume), No way, I dont have anything to say to you; you are a liar, you accused me of extortion because I wanted you to fix the problem you covered up, and give me the car as advertised "This care needs nothing." I am going to petition to have the BBB complaint reinstated, on the grounds that you added an extortion accusation, and you can sit on it for another 3 years. I never asked you for any money, I asked you to fix the car your choice of mechanics. Youre a liar and a crook, and I am going to see that it follows you around for a very, very long time, in the hopes of preventing another unwitting consumer from falling for your traps.

So I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past 4/5 years from these guys. First was a Lexus is300, body was a little rough but engine components were mint. I had the car for 2 years. After fixing up a little body work on my own I was able to sell the car for a profit after driving it for 2years!. After that I returned and purchased a Cadillac STS. This time the issue was an air intake code throwing the CEL as well as a trans fluid flush being needed, and a very tiny oil leak. I was able to purchase this car, physicians auto group paid for my transflush under verbal contract of buying the vehicle, and the other small issues were fixed for under $200 in my personal garage at home. I just say I hate to see negative reviews for this dealer. WHEN U BUY A USED CAR ALWAYS LOOK AT IT THOUGHLY! Obviously nobody selling a car is going to tell you whats wrong if anything. Its your responsibility to look, research and look again. Anyway these guys are great, I will be returning when I need a new vehicle. And I will say that one of the sales reps stayed after hours just so I could come give the car a final look.

We stopped in today to look at the 2 Land Rovers they had available and was very disappointed. I want to look at the cars without the salesman breathing down my back and be able to discuss with my partner privately what my thoughts are on the vehicle. Without the unnecessary "help" of the sale pusher. What was the worst was that we had cash IN HAND! to purchase the vehicle we said wed like to test drive when we were asked "are you sure this is the right vehicle for you?" We drove 2 hours to come drive it.. Yes, we are/were sure and you lost the cash sale by making it incredibly awkward by your very rude question. Heres a tip: give people space to breath and lose your superiority complex. We may not have been dressed to the T today - were country people- but we came with money to buy a car. We did our research and knew what we wanted before we left. Its a long drive.

We recently purchased an SUV from Physicians Auto Group sight unseen. We live in GA and were unable to find what we were looking for locally. We came across Physicians Auto Group on the web. We worked with Brad who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all our questions, and made the buying process one of the simplest transactions we have ever had. Brad helped us with delivery options and followed up to make sure the vehicle was delivered and was as expected/described. I am delighted to say that the truck runs well and is in excellent condition. Anyone looking for a great vehicle at a fair price can truly buy from Physicians Auto Group with confidence. We would recommend them to family and friends. Our son turns 15 soon and we are going to definitely look at their inventory when it comes time to buy him his first car.

beware this is a bate and switch dealer on line the car is listed as loaded moon roof heated seats remote start like i said the listed as a lt2 package and when i called about the car the salesman told me it had new tires. when i showed up to test drive the car it was a base model didnt even have power seats the tires were dew to be replaced interior was not clean had about a 10in tear in the carpet and the price was even higher then listed on line and the salesman told me i was wrong so i had him look it up on his web page and then told me it was a typo car was way over priced i asked how he could advertise like that and then he said it was auto-trader that witches the listings and by the time i got back home the car listing had been changed BEWARE ILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN

This review will have no periods or commas only !!! John at Physician Auto Group made buying my first car feel exciting and pleasant! I called 2 others before them was ran 3 times each with ridiculous rates! I know because I did my research on myself I knew my credit score and what I could afforded I knew what year and model I wanted and how many miles I was going to allow! I called Physician Auto and John answered he listened!! no talking over me no hassling just listened!! I let him know where I wanted to be and he got me there!! people say car sales men work for themselves not true at Physician Auto Group Im so pleased! Thank you so much John stay great!

We recently purchased a Lexus from physicians auto group. I love the car and level of professionalism from the staff. The salesman Brad was not pushy and actually was very encouraging! After about a week or two after purchase the car started to expierence some mechanical issues. However, I contacted Brad and they paid for the repairs, and reimbursed me for my rental car expenses and even picked me up and dropped me off at the vehicle! They were great and i would defiantly recommend them for a future purchase! They made the car buying process smooth and easy!!! if we are ever in the market for another car I would defiantly start here first

My brother and I went in a few months ago to get approved for a truck. Todd was able to get us approved, but we decided we wanted something different than what they currently stocked, in a vehicle. Fast forward to approximately 6 months later, I called Todd back because we needed to get a new loan on a vehicle we bought from a different dealer (trying to get a mortgage). Todd and Brad were not only willing to help , EVEN THOUGH WE NEVER BOUGHT FROM THEM, but Todd went the extra mile to get us approved! Because of Todds work, my wife and are able to get a mortgage.
