To keep a long story short, Ive been coming to this dealership for the past 3 years. I recently switched vehicles with them and leased a brand new car, I will say Hector Santiago in sales is the best to work with and cares about the customer. But after having that vehicle for not even a year and having only 6000 miles on my car all four brakes would make a horrible squeal. We investigated the brakes and noticed chunks were taken out of the brake pads, so there mustve been a manufacturer defect. I took my car into Mitsubishi North for this problem, after 4 hours of sitting in the waiting room Mitsubishi Service told me that loud squeal noise was normal, but they took two videos of it and would have to submit those to the District Manager Matt OMalley to get any approval but in the mean time they couldnt fix my problem and gave me a "Mitsubishi Claims" number to call and file a claim since my problem wouldnt be fixed by them. After calling the claims number the District Manager Matt OMalley contacted me about my issue and in the end said he isnt going to fix my problem. I asked if he even got those two videos I was waiting for four hours on and he said no. After a week of hassling Mitsubishi and Matt OMalley to fix my car they all finally agreed on having me drop it off and to take a look at it with the District Manager there. In the end, Matt OMalley approved only to replace the front brake pads, when it was all four squealing. Now once again Im having to go through this long drawn out process to get my rear brake pads replaced, because it couldnt be done right the first time and they dont want to pay for it, like they should. Needless to say I will be returning my lease in the end and never coming back to Mitsubishi since thats how they want to run a business. Ive never had such horrible customer service.

Great buying experience. My wife and I both work full time and we have a baby and a toddler to take care of. Patrick was very understanding of this and was extremely communicative over text and email. We were able to talk options and take care of the details on my time, either texting during my breaks at work, or emails in the evening after I put the kids to bed. The price was within fair market value for a certified used Outlander and I was amazed I didnt have to fight for it. It just... happened. The trade-in offer on my truck was also pinpoint and I feel like both sides came away with a good deal. They took awhile crafting the numbers in their office before coming out with their offer for me and I believe its because they wanted to get to that perfect median. They didnt try gouging me on the car or low balling my trade-in. They found the sweet spot that gave them business and gave me a good deal. Hats off to them for doing that. They cut the B.S. I have to admit, I fervently loathe the business model of car dealerships. I feel its antiquated and frustrating for the consumer. The price manipulation, the dreaded finance managers office, and the commonly used sales tactics. Its unavoidable - the only way you can buy a car is through a dealership. However, Columbus Mitsubishi, and Patrick specifically, made the process seamless and painless. It was the very first time that I didnt hate having to buy a car. I was able to drive away enjoying the new car instead of worrying whether or not I got a bad deal the whole ride home. Great all around experience that fit my budget and my schedule. Thanks!

Best car buying experience Ive ever had, from the greeting at the door to the waive goodbye as we left with my new car. Our Car Sales Professional Seth was great help and showed me all of the features on my car that I didnt even know about. He also walked us around the building to show us where everything was and even introduced us to the Service Department Assistany Manager, Matt. The Finacial help from Eric in the finance department was amazing. He even managed to get me better rates than 2 of my own banks. Wes from New Car Sales connected the dots bringing it all together. The best part of the whole car buying experience was at the end after I took delivery and was ready to drive off in my new car. What seemed to be the entire sales staff came down to the showroom floor, they blasted music over the loudspeakers and all honked horns of cars in the showrromclapped and cheered while they announced a Congratulations to my wife and I on our new purchase. The owner of Columbus Mitsubishi even came down to thank us for buying a car with him. I felt like a rock star. I will be back for sure.

I called and scheduled an appointment and they were very helpful. Upon arriving, I was greeted and when I told them my name they informed me I would be working with a Mr. Larry Nelson. Larry told me that he has been there for 20+ years! And with the level of customer service he gave, Im sure he gets many return customers. Larry took his time and explained everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and not in over my head. If I had a question he did not know they answer to, he got up and made sure he got me the correct information. During that time I met the sales manager, finance manager, and the owner. All of them were very kind and welcoming. If you are looking for a fully disclosed, honest, stress-free vehicle buying experience I recommend this location and I DEFINITELY recommend Larry Nelson!

First off this dealership was very nice, I was able to trade in my 2011 Lancer GTS Wicked White fully loaded, and bought the owner of the dealerships 2011 Evo MR with 33k miles in mint condition, garage kept, and well manicured for a steal!!! Not only was the saleman a great guy who worked with me on every step, and was straight forward, but the financing department was non-stop, past hours crunching numbers to get me a lower APR%, and get me the vehicle out the door the same day! Also the owner of the dealership met with me, gave me every single documentation from new to now of every bit of work done on the vehicle! Great place, great dealership, staff who go above and beyond, and will most definitely highly recommend!!!

I took my wifes Ion there last Saturday to have the oil changed. We had a 3PM appointment. Admittedly I arrived 5 minutes late but that didnt matter since I was told I had at least an hour and half wait...Huh?!?!? Whats the sense of making an appointment? Sorry service manager but if you have a day full of oil changes with appointments try putting one mechanic on to do nothing but the 15 minute oil changes all day. Not one or two mechanics to cover everything that comes in. Interestingly enough I wandered around the show room for 2 hours sat in 3 cars, opened 2 trunks and never once had one of the the 7 or 8 sales geeks say a word to me. I will not be back to this dealership.
