This store talks highly of its customer service, but they have some of the most rude and lazy employees. I went in to the store to look for a book, which I needed for my daughter. It was my first time there. I went to the register area to ask for help. I was rudely dismissed and told to look for an employee on the floor. I got flustered and preceded to the floor, there I found an employee and was told again rudely to look for someone of the floor. I walked all the way back and finally found someone. He looked annoyed and made me feel unwelcome. I asked him about the book and he said that the store was out. When I asked if he could look in the back, he replied with a no and that he was sure the store was out. I am never utilizing this bookstore. I am appalled by the rude staff.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I just called to attempt to find out if they have the books I need for two classes, I was going to stop by after work. I spoke to a very rude boy named Chris, who says hes just customer service and going to transfer me to someone on the floor. Then he got back on the phone and told me that everyone on the floor was busy and told me to to call back in 20 minutes. I was trying to explain to him that I cant just call back in 20 minutes, I couldnt get a word in edgewise and he started yelling at me that I had to call back in 20 minutes! I told him that they will now never have my business and he laughed at me! This was today, August 18th, 2017 at 13:30.

I dont understand the comments about the horrible staff. I just went in today to get my books and some apparel and everyone was just lovely. One of the floor employees went and picked up all of my books while I followed behind. All of my questions were answered with genuine smiles. Everyone at COD is lovely though. Thank you!

My experience at the bookstore is the majority of the people are extremely nice and very helpful. Im taken back by the bad reviews, as customer service is top notch. They do an excellent job capturing all the little items students may need in a pinch. Thanks to COD book store!

The stuff is great but some of the people are rude and not friendly
