For such a large store, very very few employees. Seemed like there was only 1 person working upstairs ( there wasnt even anyone working the cafe when I was in. ) After looking unsuccessfully for 2 books for about 10-15 minutes, I went up to the customer service counter where the lone employee was working. I told her I was looking for 2 books and could not find them in their supposed section. She seemed irritated that I didnt know where books were located in the store she works in. She looked up the first book, took me over to the " New Fiction" sections grabs the book I was looking for. She snottily reminds me how the books are placed in alphabetical to easier find what youre looking for. Which I responded in a very smart-ass tone that I assumed a book that came about almost 3 years ago wouldnt be placed in the "New Fiction" section, to which she walked off... Completely ignoring the fact there was still a second book I needed. I looked around for another employee but of course none to be found, not even my friend who helped with the first book. I return downstairs to make my purchase and the cashier asked if I found everything okay, to which I simply responded "Not really, the staff upstairs wasnt the most helpful or kind.." He told me that was strange seeing as how it was two of the managers working upstairs at the said time... I probably wont be back, its one thing to have an employee not give you the best service, but to a manager act like that is not acceptable.

I called 10/7/2014 at 9:42PM looking for Censored 2015 which (according to Amazon) was being released that day. Crystal answered the phone and I explained to her that I thought it was released that day and she looked for it and came back and told me that it had just arrived that day and put it on hold for me in front. The next morning I was there at 11AM and Jake found it for me and had me double check to make sure it is what I wanted. It was correct and I told Jake I would pay for gift wrapping. Brit was there and offered free gift wrap as it was a special birthday present for my nephew the next day. I was in an out in a very short time. My nephew was ecstatic with the book. I am very pleased with the three 5 star employees who helped me. I will be back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Like all Barnes and Noble stores. The place is usually quiet and there are places near the windows where people can sit and read. I really like manga so Im glad theres such a huge selection. Staff is helpful when I need to find books. It doesnt particularly feel welcoming though, too green. Very clean every time I visit

My favorite bookstore in the area. A nice place to grab a drink from Starbucks and start a new book. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They also have a reading program for kids, which is great. I remember when I used to take a part in them, they would give you a brand new book as a prize every week.

I am a book feak and buy WAY too many but this place has EVERYTHING. I love the atmophere and the thought of always being surrounded by books. Though I love this place, the books are all really expensive. Mainly because of their new-ness. But Ill still come here for the next in the series.

Always somebody there ready to help you if you need it. Bookshelves can be easily shopped. Staff at Starbucks is very nice. Love that they have the cafe right upstairs so you can read and eat at the same time. Great place for college kids to go do their homework and hang out.

Two story location with a Starbucks tucked away upstairs. The layout is actually fairly decent, though the seating could be a bit better upstairs. If you come in at a prime time, you can expect a bit of a struggle to find a spot to place your butt ^_^.

Barnes and Noble is one of the last dependable book stores, so few are left it makes me sad. Sure it is a chain, but any bookstore is better than no bookstore. This one is good, it has 2 floors, good cafe, and good atmosphere. Good selection.

I love this place! Its like a library with amenities. You can order beverages of your choice while perusing through publications of your liking. Its become the mainstay of some hard core types who dig in and refuse to leave!

An extremely well-kept and well-stocked store. Easy to find anything you need or want, and a great staff. Their electronics collection is huge (CDs, vinyl, DVDs, Blu-rays) and great to rifle through.

I want to love the last of the remaining in-the-flesh book stores ... but this location is frequently messy ... and not very well curated as far as selection goes.
