This place is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to the service department. I believe his name is Mike, (older guy with short hair) anyways he is a complete idiot. I got rear ended and had them install my new plastics and aftermarket tail light. Everything was great when I picked it up, but 2 months later the tail pieces were coming loose around the light (which hadnt happened when I installed it 6 months prior to the accident). I went back to KandB and explained it to Mike and he told me he thought someone was trying to take my bike apart and thats why the plastics were loose and tabs were broken. For one, my bike is ALWAYS garaged at home and in plain view of hundreds of people during the day while parked at my place of work. Needless to say he said he couldnt do anything about it. Which tells me that they dont stand behind their work. He always has an attitude and is rude and condescending. Sorry to say but you guys have lost all future business of mine and I would not recommend you to any rider.

Theres no way i will EVER recommend them (or call them as they suggested here). We drove a long way for buying a specific bike at a promised price. BASIC work on a bike to be sold wasnt done. When we questioned Brandon about this and were planning to take the bike immediately, he reneged on the price quoted on the phone, turned his back and left. The lady in the shop seemed very nice but when we told her, she essentially said theres nothing she could do. Wasted 4 hours and the things we were told by Brandon (no one allows people to have own mechanics check out bike first or as condition of sale, no one gives used bike warranties, all were disposed with the amusement of a few calls to competitors). We were very sad to have no choice but to leave empty handed...but luck had us find a better deal as a result!

I spent some time shopping for a new motorcycle across a bunch of bay area dealers. Im a busy guy, so I wanted to set up the purchase over email. Most of the dealers were either non-responsive or unwilling to deal with me long-distance. Brandon at K&B was the shining exception to this unspoken policy. He was professional, prompt, and polite. Never pushy at any point, and absolutely none of the deceptive practices so often associated with vehicle dealers. We agreed on an OTD price for the bike ahead of time, and I walked in and wrote a check for exactly that amount. No "extended warranties", no hidden fees, no drama. It didnt hurt that he recommended a great BBQ spot for lunch (Lombardis). Bottom line: a full-on, no reservations recommendation for K&B. Definitely worth the trip from SF.

Two things brought me to their door: the way the used Suzuki was priced and how it was described in the ad. It was basic information but very pertinent to the kind of buyer the model would attract. That and two photos. One phone call to Brandon to set up a test ride, and deal done. Brandon, and the other folk I spoke with at K&B, was knowledgeable and no nonsense. I got the feeling of dealing with people who value your time and money, and I appreciated this greatly. This has been one of the best business experience I had, and if I didnt live an hour away, I wouuld get the bike serviced at K&B as well

Not really too happy. Bought a brand new 17 ktm 300xc, and it was incomplete. Missing handguards and frame guards. Not a big deal about the hand guards, they suck anyhow. But the frame protectors were missing and i didnt know that until AFTER my first ride. Yea well i wore thru the paint to bare metal where my boot rides, after 1 hour. Then i realized they failed to include the tool kit that comes with the bike. Overall unimpressed, maybe theyre new to being a motorcycle dealer. Also, only 15% parts discount, ONLY in the MONTH OF buying the bike. Sad.

I recently made my first street motorcycle purchase and had the pleasure working with Brandon. I just so happened to catch him on one of his busiest days where he was the only sales person available. He didnt cut corners and explained all of the options available to me and helped me acquire most excellent terms for my purchase. Additionally, the parts desk was super friendly and helpful. All the staff at K&B was very knowledgeable and knew their products. I will definitely be back.

Be carefull with the slick salesperson. I found a used bike online and called to make sure i can buy with my kawazaki card. When he said yes i drove 90min to go buy it. When i got their he then said i could not but i should buy a new one which was like 2200$ over my budget. He said he will sell it to me at cost(BULLSHIT LIE) he had me by the balls cause i really needed it the next day for a new job. I ended up seing the same bike for like 500$ less and like 15miles away from me. WOW

“The parts department is first class. I tend to always go back to the same people, Brian and John. Ive been a customer of K&B, since it was G&B, way back in 2006 when I bought an R1. Brian and John are my primary source for parts and accessories.”

I bought a brand new bike from K&B. I had my first service there, and absolutely happy with the sales, service and the bike. Brandon and all the other guys there are very helpful. No hassle, no games, very straight business.
