Never go here! They lied to us, and stole our money! Let me explain: (Sorry about the wall of text) We went to Lees Fashion inside Tacoma Discount World because my wife was hoping to find a dress at a good price. She found one that she liked, but wanted it in a different color, so she had them order it for her and she had to put down a 20 dollar deposit. About a week and a half later, she got a call saying it had come in, so we went to pick it up. We got there and the lady said she ordered the dress and also ordered another dress that was similar that we might like instead. She went to try on the dresses, but neither of them were the dress that she ordered. We went back up to the lady and told her that, but then she said "They didnt have the dress you wanted, so I ordered these two instead." Why she didnt tell us that before she handed them to us, who knows (or, better yet, why not when she called to say that the dress was in?). So first of all, she lied about the dress when she first handed it to us, because she said that it was the dress we ordered and clearly she knew when she handed it to us that it was a different dress. We told her that we didnt want either of them, so she told us that we could use the 20 dollar deposit toward any other dress we wanted. Ok, fine, well go find another dress. We went to look for other dresses but didnt find any, so we decided to just go ask for our deposit back because we were kind of sick of shopping there at this point, and just wanted to go somewhere else. She said that she wouldnt give us our 20 dollars back for the dress that she DIDNT ORDER but said, again, that we could use it towards another dress...We tried explaining to her that we put 20 dollars down towards a dress that she didnt even order, and that we didnt receive, but she wouldnt even let us finish a sentence before saying "no refunds" over and over. The most we could get her to do was to give us a 20 dollar store credit...but what she didnt tell us (and we didnt notice until we left) was that we only have 15 days to use the credit and after that it just disappears...so basically she stole our 20 dollars. This is by far the worst "customer service" I have ever gotten. I will never go back and I would never recommend this store to anyone, unless you hate yourself.

They have beautiful dresses for great cheap prices but the last time I went their, I went to a dress store to buy a homecoming dress and the lady was being rude. She told me that after I tried on a dress I had 15 min to buy it or she will give it to someone else wich made things really difficult. She was being rude and made it a frustrating experience. But every other time Ive gone their other than this it has been pretty good. Even though I had that one bad time Im going their again for a prom dress because like I said the prices are great and there are so many choices and they are beautiful. Just know what your getting yourself into when you go there and by the way there are no refunds.

I decided to come here for my prom dress. Theres plenty of dresses to choose from for great prices. I was scared to come here at first though from all the bad reviews Ive heard from my friends and google reviews about bad customer service. Ive heard many stories about how rude the ladies were to them. Although, my experience was great, they did nothing but help and compliment me. So due to my experience shopping here, they definitely deserve five stars.

I was treated with so much disrespect and made to be like moron. I had my Service Dog with me. Doug then processed to make me feel like dirt bag and useless. Doug made also told me directly "I did not understand English" I would not suggest anyone go there at all. I tried to get a hold of the managers but got answering machine.

You might find what you want, as long as what you want was manufactured in Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea, dot dot Korea,... itll be hard pressed to find items quality manufacturer, however a deal is surely to be found as the people who run the stands will approach you and haggle with you to make a sale.

Both ladies at the dress shops were being rude and not helpful . I would ask them for help and they would go tell me to look for it myself . One of the ladies would just sta d there and not help me but would help all the other Ladies. Love their dresses but not the customer service.

Overall trashy place. The only benefit is that you can get some stuff like clothes and jewelry here for cheap. Prom/homecoming/pageant dresses for all ages can be bought here, but the women who run the smaller dress shop in the building are very rude if you dont buy a dress.

Pretty wild assortment of stuff ranging from suits to slippers. They have it all. I grabbed a zip up sweatshirt for $10 that has served me well in the cool Pacific Northwest mornings. I would go back in a few weeks, I am curious what the product and vendor turnover is.

Horrible customer service. The employee walked away from us while she saw we were asking her a question, yelled at the girls in dressing rooms to "hurry up", and gave everyone a time limit to only try on 3 dresses.
