I had gone to the Windsor Wal-Mart and had purchased a couple laptops which I had paid cash for because I didnt have my card with me at the time. Later that day, I was near this Wal-Mart location and so I took the laptops, which were unopened and attempted to return them for my cash and re-purchase them using my card. The assistant manager Robert refused to resell them to me stating that their policy prevented them from doing it. I asked to see where in their policy it said I couldnt and he told me it was confidential. I told him that it doesnt make sense that a "policy" about customer return/exchanges is confidential. They didnt have any available on the shelf and bbasically I had to go all the way back to Windsor to purchase with my card.

Was trying to buy an item in the store. I didnt want to bother any employee, so I searched for about 15 minutes all around where it should have been. The Walmart app told me was "in stock" in my store. I then asked an employee if they could check on their end. The employee just said "No we dont have them." I said "you dont even know what item Im talking about yet". He proceeds "If it aint on the shelf it aint in stock." Me "Nevermind then." Just continues the trend of Walmart employees giving no respect to shopping customers, I was not being lazy and making them find it for me.

Most of the staff are extremely friendly and nice to me because I am disabled in a wheelchair and they are very understanding and very helpful there are a few employees that are rude and will not help!. Other than that, I really like this better than Windsor Walmart. this Walmart is much cleaner the parking is much better for the handicapped they have way more disabled parking spaces than Windsor .Windsor has one out in the main parking lot now then you have to fight to try to park and the other ones but this one here in Rohnert Park has very good parking thats it thank you .

The car-campers are mostly gone now that theres overnight security, as the parking lot is not owned by Wal-Mart, but by the shopping center, so overnight parking is not allowed. This has been a huge improvement. That being said, the store has problems keeping stock up throughout the day, and can be pretty messy at times. The staff are hit or miss, some are very helpful and friendly, some are very apathetic or unknowledgeable. Basically, its a WalMart. You know what youre getting. Theres tons of common Pokemon spawns in the parking lot, as its a high cell traffic area.

Customer service was lousy. I never really liked going to Walmart unless I had to. Today was no exception. Bought an it online for an in-store pickup and when I got to the counter, the package was damaged. I wanted to open the box to make sure the items wasnt broken but instead the clerk refunded my money, told me to get another one on the shelf (which there wasnt any), and walked away. Very unprofessional. Eventually another clerk helped me and I got my stuff. Another headache of an experience at Walmart.

Best price value in the area and Finally got outside parking lot security. I still wont go here without someone with me. I was approached 4 times outside by my car from homeless druggies trying to get money or actually taking items out of my basket and running. This place freaks me out because of the parking lot problems. 2 brand new hotels in the area should step up and insist Walmart clean up. Like I said they finally have security but the wanderers are still there.

They have everything you ever possibly need and more. I dont like Walmart as a company so its a definite struggle to stand on my laurels and need something they have when all other stores are closed. Ive often succumb to my determination and let go of my righteous judgement to get me some much needed crafting materials or motor oil.

Almost impossible to get customer assistance and then when you do most arent very knowledgeable. The stores prices are good. What is most disturbing is the parking lot. The last time I was there the parking lot had alot of dilapidated campers and trailers parked. Looked like a homeless encampment. Lots of trash on the ground.

This store is in such disarray inside and out!!! Literally dirty diapers in the parking lot. Shelving always being moved and cant find anything you need and when you do find the area where your item is located the stock is thrown about on the shelved and usually out of basics like conditioner

They have what I need so i go. But the employees dont make me feel welcomed. There is usually someone of higher rank at the door to "check" my receipt when I leave. Asks questions like "Came all the way here for just this, huh?" Even with a smile, I can tell what they are getting at.

Wait at the Pick Up window in back for an item I ordered for pick up delivery, but instead I got to listen to the Walmart staff speak poorly about their coworkers for 10 minutes. Ironically, while they spoke of how lazy their coworkers were ny daughter & I waited for service.

Compared to Walmart in Windsor, very few deli food, bakery goods and produce (fruits and vegetables). Cashiering is slow (average 5 to 7 minutes wait). And most of all person standing at exit door to check receipt and items, why ? Windsor store does not.

It was crowded and the customers were rude to the cashier when she was just trying to do her job the best she could. People are just too rude these days and should start treating others the way the would like to be treated and be kinder.

Three stars in available items and several choices, but the customer service is pretty bad. Find everything yourself and dont return ANYTHING without a receipt and you wont have to deal with horrible employees who clearly hate their job!

Surprise by the help from employees. Helpful and courteous, taking us where with need to get supplies. Big store to spent time shopping. And very clean store, no mess on the floors from customers. Employees re arranging merchandise.

Great clothing sizes, styles. Huge selection. Great for those teddy bear xxxl men. 50/50 on friendly staffing. Electronics dept carries an ok but limited selection. Never have been really educated electronic employees

Its Wal-Mart. An employee there started telling my wife and I of a time when his nice snuck out to be with her boyfriend and how the boyfriend went missing. Not exactly appropriate. Employees look miserable there.
