Half the times I fill a prescription here, Im given the wrong amount or the wrong product. Half the times, they dont have one of the items in stock (one of, if not the most, popular brands of lancets) and I have to wait a few days. If by a miracle, they have it in stock, Ill have put an order in that morning for it to be ready by late afternoon, and when I arrive late afternoon (usually later than the time I said Id arrive), they havent even started filling it yet. Worse than that though, almost every time I fill a prescription, they fail to use the coupon I have on file which reduces the price significantly, and Im forced to wait 30 minutes in line AGAIN while they fix it. Im seriously considering changing pharmacists, and only havent yet because its hassle I dont have time for. Maybe Ill take care of that the next time Im waiting in line for my prescription.
