This pharmacy has not been the same since it switched to CVS. Twice I have gotten refills and twice they changed manufacturers on me when I specifically told them that I cannot change manufacturers. When I call to do the automatic refill the pharmacy isnt open and they dont have an option to leave a message to remind them I need the same manufacturer. I was told three times that a note was put in my record to keep the same manufacturer for that specific medication. I refilled my prescription and picked it up on the way out of town this past Friday. Thinking they actually did what they said they did, I didnt check it until today. Well it is a different manufacturer. I guess since it doesnt effect them, it isnt important. I have moved out of town since then and have no idea how to go back to get the right manufacturer. I am hoping I find another Target Pharmacy that is still a quality one since the change that can help me. Glad I am away from this one...

I ordered a special vitamin (for an inner ear issue) from them because they didnt have it in stock. They had me put my name and contact info & item into a book once they looked it up. I waited a month & asked them where the order was at. They asked me for my name, contact info and item again.Another month later I asked them about it and they wanted to write my info in their book again, but I said I had already given it twice and no one contacted me back. The pharmacists & assistants gave each other a "yep-whatever-look" and chuckled. I said never mind, I will take my business elsewhere. Imagine a pharmacist not only not doing their job & not helping you with your concerns, but then took it a step further and laughed. VERY unprofessional ! Dont waste your time, they dont deserve your business.

The biggest problem I currently have with this store is that they are frequently out of stock of basic items, probably frequently sold items. That is very frustrating. Additionally, the parking lot can become a zoo since there is only one easily accessible entrance.

This place is awesome. I dont think I ever being in a bigger targets. On City Ave, I feel like Im in New York because of all the wonderful stores. I totally love cities because they have lots and lots of fantastic stores, it is big, and have lots of things to do.
