I do not know how could anyone give this place anything but a A+ rating. I got the best service ever and they made the whole experience of buying a car fun and easy rather then nerve wrecking, crazy and hard. I bought my first new car here earlier this year. Since, it was my first time buying a new car I didnt want to get sucked into buying just anything. I went looking around everywhere including Lexus and Acura, but they just seemed to be interested in selling anything; not necessarily what I wanted. Finally I got in touch with Sean Driver as I found a car online at Dirito Brothers. He made an effort to understand what I wanted and was looking for. I had actually gone in to see Maxima but after I spoke to him he convinced me to look at Altima and it was the best thing ever. I preferred the Altima for my use and style of living rather then a big car like Maxima. Which I would have not looked at if it wasnt for Sean. Apart from that he went over the different options I had with lease, financing, warranty, and servicing and helped me figure out which were the best for my needs and what would work for me. I told him upfront what I wanted and he was considerate enough and didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt want. He gave me a great deal for my car that I was trading in and also gave me a dealership promotion that was going on which I wasnt aware of. Another great quality was the fact that the specific car that I wanted (Black 2.5S with SL package) was sold out at this location so he found out where it was available and got it transported here that day itself so that I could have my new car as soon as possible. Finally, after a few months the dealership called and made sure I booked an appointment for my first servicing. They took great care of me there as well because it was only an oil change but they even buffed up some small scratches so that they werent as visible. So, all in all its the BEST place EVER to buy a car. I have 2 other friends who went there after my recommendation and they loved the experience as well so I highly recommend it as everyone there takes care of you, specially Sean Driver.

STAY AWAY!! Seriously, dont even waste your time here, youll leave with nothing but a headache and a new hatred for humanity. There are other nissan dealerships in the Bay Area. I dont even know where to start and dont feel like writing a book, but I must let others know, to STAY AWAY! I know, car salesmen are supposed to be sleazy, devious and what not. But we met a lot of salesmen during our search for the right Altima and didnt see anything close to this - this guy called Sean Driver took it to a whole new level. His sales-strategy of choice is: lying to your face and giving you a fake quote to get you hooked, followed by intimidation, threats and extreme rudeness. I totally agree with the other reviews describing his "obnoxious and conniving" style - And this is all coming from one guy, who calls himself an internet sales manager. My parrot is a better manager! If you have no other choice, and you need a car bad, I strongly suggest you go rent a car until you find anywhere other than this stink hole! This sean driver guy invented his own form of math where subtracting two numbers gets you a higher total than you started with - WOW! We left this place with so much anger and literally drove all the way to serramonte nissan to buy our altima from a much better company and sales person that stands by their price. Great part is when we explained what happened to us at this stink hole in concord, and how we got treated by this "bozo" sean, the guy at there said hes heard mostly negative about this sean guy too! We actually ended up paying $480 less that we anticipated. Theres absolutely nothing positive to write about this place

What a nightmare, thankfully I only spent my lunch hour in there. Went in as a Costco referral for a 2015 Xterra Pro 4x4 and they managed to screw that up. They had a deal in hand but could not close. "Smiley" said she quoted the wrong trim package after she confirmed several times that it was what I was asking for, then came back asking for more money and to use their financing. Sorry, not my problem! I left my feed back with Costco about this dealership, believe me. "Smiley" had her purse around her shoulder the whole time looking like she needed to go somewhere. Whats up with that? It never ceases to amaze me what these dealerships do to try and scam you out of your hard earned money, dont let this Nissan dealer do that to you. Not to mention they were going to give me $2,000 under Blue Book for my trade in! What? They had plenty of other suckers in there that day to make up for that lost sale. I went to a Chevy dealer, got Blue Book for my 2007 Xterra Pro 4x4 trade in, and walked out a happy customer. Im so glad I bought a better truck with better gas mileage and on a model that was not going to be discontinued like the Xterra after 2015. Youd figure this dealer would want to get these off their lot. Better for me however!

Spoke with EJ over the phone a week prior to going to the lot. I informed him of my credit issues he assured me that I was approved for a car loan and I just needed to come in and pick out a car. I got there and he only wanted to show me a couple of cars although they had several cars on the lot that were in my approval range. Finally, he showed me a car I liked although it had several scratches I was willing to take the car. Went to see EJs dad (the manager) and was basically told that if I didnt put an extra $800 down then I would not be able to have gap coverage after I was assured that gap was included. Once I told EJs dad (not sure of his name) that I could not put down another $800 and asked if he could add it to the cost of the loan he flat out said no although they told me earlier that I was approved for a car that was $800 more than the car that I ended up wanting. Anyway once I said I could not put down another $800 on top of the $2500 I was already putting down he ripped up my application while I was standing there. Basically I wasted over 6hrs at this place to be treated like crap in the end.

I wil not step into Concord Nissan. My son wanted to trade in his truck and was looking for a car.He went to Ford and Honda but was unable to find anything so Ibwebt along with him to Nissan Concord.Webtold the sales person we were shopping around and see whether he could give us a good deal.We went to test drive a 2nd hand car and told the sales person not to run the credit but give us a estimate.Unfortunately what they offered did not work out.The sales person was not happy and refused to let us go,eventually we left. These past 2 days we received credit report from 6 companies which we never requested for and this impacted his credit score. Finally he bought a new car from Ford San Mateo without issues.I will never step into any Nissan and we own 2 Honda and Ford.I will always support these companies that are reputable and hold themselves well.
