I called the night before at 5 pm to take my dog to get his nails done. They are open till 7. They informed me that the groomer left without notice at 430. Therefore we could come at eight when they reopen grooming. We get up and take our dog for 830. We get there and the door is open but no staff. It walk into the store and music is blaring loud as could be. The poor birds in the store are going bonkers. I finally find a young man and ask him if the groomer was here. I was told rather rudely that the groomer isnt on the schedule until 9. I explained that why do you have the groomers door unlocked and the sign on the door for hours of operation that say eight. He again rudely said that she is not on the schedule till 9. I must say it is hard to find a groomer. They all seem mean to the animals from all the reviews I have read. And if I could have given a no star I would have. I will be contacting corporate as well to forge a formal complaint.

Only giving one star because you cant give any less, I got two guinea pigs from this place, and not only they where in tiny tanks unable to move but theyre tank were so full of feces and so stinky that you couldnt even get near them to see them, and three days later both guinea pigs have URI, wouldnt recommend if you want healthy guinea pigs, its sad but true.

Always helpful staff. We have Great Danes and find that the Prices are on the high side, but if you have coupons it makes it worth the visit. Store is remarkably clean considering the animal traffic. Wide variety of products available, even for dogs our size. Pat has always been our employee of choice. She is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Store looks unclean or might just be the dim lighting. Staff was very unhelpful and gave me the wrong recommendations. Was looking for fish and ask for help for a beginner and the staff was visibly upset when I had to keep walking over to him to ask him questions. He was cleaning aquariums and wouldnt stop for 5 mins to help me out.

The Vet that they have on Sundays for the Vetco Clinic is very unprofessional. She is rude and condescending, unwilling to admit to her mistakes. She and her helper are not friendley with pets or their owners. I highly suggest goimg to another Petco or Second Chance is even better.

We bring our boy Nelson here to get his nails clipped because he is difficult to do at home. The groomers here are friendly and nice and have a good setup to clip his nails and dremel them smooth. After we usually go into the store area so Nelson can pick out a treat.

If youre looking for a feathered friend - Terry is very knowledgeable. She knows all about the birds in her store and takes great pride in making sure they are well cared for! She was extremely helpful and I hope that when I am ready to get another bird shes there!!!

Not a personalized service. They quote a price and when you pick your pet up its double their original quote. Mostly NOT knowledgeable about breeds and what their grooming schedule should be. This is a review on grooming, not on the store.

Every time i have had my beagle groomed here, it was great. The price they said it would be and he looks fantastic and he loves going. My brother also takes his puggles here and says they are great too.

Staff is really nice. Products are super expensive. Small cans of cat food are $1.49 cant touch the litter. Everything is so overpriced in there.
