Until today the customer service in Fossil has been great. Unfortunately after today, I will not be back. I purchased a bracelet from them that broke after being worn for one hour. I took the bracelet back to the store to see what options I had. I informed this particular employee that I really just wanted the bracelet repaired or replaced. He proceeded to tell me that there was nothing that can be done because it was not sold to me broke and I can always take it to a jewelry repair store. Obviously that was not the response I was expecting since Fossil has always had exceptional customer service. Once leaving the store, I called headquarters to see if this information was correct. It was not. The options I have were not offered. Needless to say I will not be back to this particular store since customer service is not a priority.
