I went to Swarovski at Willow Bend mall, Plano, TX to exchange a pair of earrings I received as a Christmas gift. When I told the sales lady that I would like to exchange for a pair of different earrings that is about half the price, she told me I couldnt. I had to exchange for equal value or more. I thought that was an odd policy and was trying to clarify. She interrupted me a couple of times, her tone was impatient and cold. She said something like "I told you this when you walk in the store..." She ended the conversation before I could ask her any follow up question. I later asked a question to the other woman. This woman who was standing next to the first woman completely ignored me. It was a little past 5PM (they closed at 6pm that day for holiday, it was Monday), if I had to find ways to explain their behavior. But it was unacceptable to me as a customer. Aside from their sales associates attitude problem, their exchange policy is quite odd: you could either exchange for something with equal dollar value, or more expensive (in this case you have to pay extra for the difference of course). But you are not allowed to exchange for something cheaper and get the difference back. They also dont issue store credit like most other retailers do. And they do not return. It was our first time to shop at Swarovski, and it is a rather unusual policy in my opinion. Yet she expected me to get it with her 5 seconds greeting, and acted like I was a great inconvenience to her when I simply didnt understand.Buyers please be aware of this policy. And if you can, please avoid this location in Willow Bend mall, Plano, TX. Update: I went to North Park mall the next day. Guess what? The sales lady there told me I CAN get store credit, if I pick out something that has less value. And this policy applies to all stores. I am not sure what happened with the lady at Willow Bend. But this is bad for the company. And she can forget about my business and her commission!

I went to this location today and a lady who went by the name of "Mimi", was extremely rude. She was impatient, had a tone to her voice that made me feel like she could care less about my business. She would not answer any question that I asked and would interrupt me with her opinions... If I wanted that I would buy a personal shopper. She did not take into account anything that I said to help me find what I needed. I will NEVER go back to this store. To add on top of it, not only was she rude to me, but she was openly rude to her fellow employees. This was extremely inappropriate on many levels... it was especially inappropriate that she was doing it openly in front of customers? How can she make sells with her attitude? and how do her co-workers make sells with their self esteem shot? It was very obvious that her coworker was embarrassed and hurt deeply by her words. Go to this store if Mimi is not there, or risk witnessing a grow adult treat her colleagues like they are nothing, and then give you the same treatment.

Not helpful. They said they dont help with any online purchase. When I told them that customer service told me to go to any Swarovski store, they changed their voice and said they will fix it using third party and would charge money.
