Im so thrilled these gentlemen came to town. The glass protecting my camera lens shattered on my Galaxy S6. I have Sprint and I pay insurance on my phone, however they wanted $250 to repair it. I started searching for an alternative solution. A well known chain store could do the repair, however they had to order parts and it would be $75 upfront and it would be a week. Through more research I found the Phone Geeks. I walked in to a very clean shop, immediately a gentleman came out to greet me, I told him my issue and the phone was fixed in 3 minutes at price that blew my mind!! I was so grateful for the price the good service and the workmanship. I had two tablets that had been sitting in a drawer broken and useless because AGAIN even insured a large deductible for small reapir the repair would cost more than the tablets are worth. It was almost to much to hope Phone Geeks could help me, BUT THEY DID!! Im so thrilled! One of the tablets just needed a decent charger, so I purchased one there. From unfortunate past experiences I have been treated like a "dumb blonde". These men treated me with respect. They took the time to show me the parts and options. My tablet needed in new port. They gave me a great price! I urge anyone whos looking for a fair deal with great workmanship to go to the Phone Geeks. Its quite sad in this day in age you dont expect excellent customer service and these guys are amazing, they treat you with respect and theyre honest and the prices cant be beat.
