The worse service from management and service department. From the time i walked in was totally different from when i left. I honestly felt like they sold me a lemon, and if that was the case i could have went to some "buy here pay here", but i thought i was going to a well known car dealership. I got a BMW X3, when i test drove it they made it seem that everything will be fixed by your warranty, which is not needed but they stress it to you that its beneficial for you but really for them (remember that). After waiting for 3-4 weeks to fix a real bad oil leak because the piece was cracked i took it upon myself to get it fixed, & NO WARRANTY DIDNT COVER IT. I took off the warranty and at the same time tried to get a refund which they said i will get it because Service did not do there job. Apparently a group of associates got fired and now i have new faces saying lies that they have been calling me abt the parts, lack of communication between each other, telling me "we did not authorize you to get it fix else where" I sat there to speak to Mgmt for an hour they tried to make it like they were in a conference meeting for 2 hours. I spoke to John Obeid and i know from what i explained he knew from the dates, i brought the vehicle to get fixed and had purchase the vehicle, he knew service was wrong, but i guess they tried to cover or sweep this under the rug (NOT THIS TIME). Said since i have no warranty they cant do anything for me, that is a lost for them, so they cant do anything for me, but that if i have anymore problems with the truck to bring it in to service and they will give me a real good discounted rate. I am not satisfied at all with this lemon so i will make sure this wont happen to anymore people.

I would like to take this time to express my sincere appreciation to three outstanding employees at Lake Park Mitsubishi. My used car shopping experience began with an inquiry regarding a vehicle listed on the internet. The sales person who contacted me was Yosvani. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his used inventory. I was working with tight budget constraints and he realized immediately that I needed to speak to his internet sales manager, Mirzet. Since I lived two counties away from the dealership and did not want to drive down there only to find out that my purchasing power was not sufficient, Mirzet assured me that he would make it possible for me to purchase the vehicle that I was interested in. All of this took place over the telephone without even seeing the vehicle in person. I was assured by Yosvani that the vehicle was in amazing condition and he did not let me down. When I arrived at the dealership an hour later, I was greeted by Yosvani and Mirzet and soon realized that they were passionate about their job and their commitment to their customers. Through the transaction process with the finance director, Rody Dominguez, it was apparent that he, too, had the same commitment to his customers. He did everything possible to make sure the purchase of the vehicle went smoothly and seamlessly. I was extremely impressed with his financial skills and the ability to make sure this deal was finalized exactly as I was told on the telephone. I am extremely happy with this purchase and this dealership. When I am in the market to purchase a vehicle again, I will most definitely return.

I found my car I had been searching for after a long 5 month long search from one end of PBC to Broward. Lake Park Mitsubishi is a great place to do business. I went to test drive the car, expecting to just try it out, because I always find something that I dont like about the car, and there were some things that needed to be done. That is to be expected when buying a used car. But what I didnt expect was the things I wanted done, WERE ACTUALLY DONE!! Not only were they done, but they were done right! Now that is a way to do business. Mirzet was my first point of contact thru the internet and got the ball rolling with setting up a test drive. He was very understanding with what I needed done, Guy was the person to oversee that what I needed was done, even on his day off he was in touch with me and the guys at the office (Gabriel and Oren) who also helped to ensure what was needed to be done was accomplished. These guys are awesome and if you need something done and followed up on this is the place to come and purchase a vehicle. Oh, not just done, but DONE RIGHT. I cant stress enough how important that is especially when buying a vehicle. Financing is also something that is this dealership is a pro at doing. The finance person really knows his job well and is great to deal with. I am so glad I do not have to car shop anymore thanks to Lake Park Mitsubishi. Do yourself a favor and check this place out, I dont usually do reviews on anything but this dealership is worth a trip.

My name is Cody, Im 29 years old and had some young issues with my credit that has made it challenging to find a great deal on any vehicle ( always having to buy here pay here for so-so vehicles). I found a new truck that I loved way under the suggested retail price on-line. I live 600 miles away from Lake Park Mitsubishi and was skeptical of buying so far away especially since I had a feeling I wouldnt qualify anyway but after talking to Mirzet Kajdic (Sales Manager) he went the extra distance to assure me that he could get me into the truck I wanted. He kept his word to the T. Then I wondered if there was a catch and there was an issue with the vehicle but when I made the trip down it was in absolutely pristine condition. Beyond my hopes! Mirzet then handed me over to his sales rep Mario who was awesome to work with and had the truck and the deal all worked out when I arrived. I had to tell him to stop worrying about cleaning the already perfectly clean truck! Finally all the financial deals we spoke of were just as they said, actually they gave me a little extra help. Rody Dominguez (finance director) helped me the rest of the way with the figures and made sure I was aware of all details and that I was ready in every way for my new truck. Absolutely wonderful experience with all the people at Lake park. Well be back in two weeks to buy another truck for our business!

My husband & I have purchased several cars throughout the years, most of which were after driving to somewhere around 15-20 different dealerships in South Florida each time. Many of those dealerships laughed us out after we told them which vehicle we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. Needless to say, car buying has always been a dreaded event that we procrastinate until absolutely necessary because salesmen are awful. Let me tell you, it was NOTHING like that at Lake Park Mitsubishi. Christine said, “Let me see what we can do- we do our best here and don’t mess around.” And they really, really did their best. We had never experienced a stress–free auto purchase until we came here. They worked magic for us, exceeded our expectations & wildest hopes for a fantastic deal. I would give them 30/5 stars, and recommend them to anyone who will listen to me rave about how great they are!
