The worst experience you can ever get. I wish I can be able to give a negative star on the ratings. Theres is this guy by the name Gilbert. He was extremely rude to us. We had to wait for everybody in line even though it was our turn to be helped. He told us we had to wait until everybody in line is helped in order for us to be helped since we needed a battery check and the service is free. Mind you, we bought the same battery from Autozone. Actually the same store. I guess if you need one of the "FREE " services from Autozone, you become a second class customer and you have to wait until all the 1st class customers are served. I will exhaust my shopping anywhere else before I go there. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

worst service possible,rude-inconsiderate-hostile attitude from the employees and the manager is not much better. entire store has two friendly people. manager argued with me over parts I wanted, another ordered the wrong parts and told me its my fault that he screwed up. this used to be a great store but its not now. Ive been going here since it opened and I refuse to go there now. I will go to o,reily or napa from now on. Im disappointed in autozone for keeping these people and question their hiring program. I used to be a big fan. not anymore

Terrible service. Took my battery in to get checked and charged. Was told the battery was good when in fact they did not even charge the battery. When I called to tell them the battery still read the same volts I was given a rude response and then when I asked why the US could happen I was told bring it in so we could look at it. When I repeated and said I already did bring it in I was told to bring it in again. Very rude wouldnt go back. Ended up buying a battery charger myself because I dont trust the employees there.

This is one store that I dread to walk in and request services. If it is something simple the employees are great!! This is why I gave one star!! Anytime you make a purchase with a warranty or an item you may have to take back you better know your phone number. If you dont then you are up the creek without a paddle. The store manager has no personality, and will not help you even if you gave him and extra $100.00 to smile. Terrible person to do business with but he is the MGR of this lousy store.

Ive NEVER had quality service from this store. The people are just rude. I actually got into an argument with this guy about the belts on my car. He kept stating that his computer said I only had 1 belt on my car when I even showed him a picture of the 2 belts on the front of my engine! I told him the computer was wrong and he just didnt even care. I grabbed my stuff and left. I wont go back. Napa was able to get me taken care of w/out any trouble !

I have shopped here a couple times. I had a battery checked which I was told it was good so I took the alternator out (if you have ever removed one from a vw jetta you know why Im pissed) come to find out it was the battery, and the guy who checked it didnt know what he was doing. Also most of the people who work there are extremely rude. I shop orileys now and if they dont have it I shop online. DO NOT SHOP HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Autozone always has the best advice, the right parts at a fair price. In each state weve lived in, Autozone has been the go-to store. They have given us great advice on local repair stores as well as great parts. Maricopa store is no different. All the guys are super courteous and helpful. I have never seen the bad side of Autozone that other posters have commented on. I would never go anywhere else.

I agree with other guys... This store sucks. Customer service is awful. Ask too much to dump used oil and he said theres a limit. Limit? would you rather dump this oil at the sewer you retards? Also this fat dude told me to buy a new axle instead of giving me the tool i need to take off the CV. This place is horrible, Id rather go to Oreilleys, great customer service and there are chicks who knows stuff.

I am a loyal AutoZone customer Ive been to many stores this store in particular with the exception of one person who is knowledgeable and helpful everyone else on The contrary is the complete opposite. Its like you have to beg for help and if you ask for help they look at you like an idiot.corporate please hire all new people

Worst customer service, rude, incompetent "cashiers" behind the counter. Will take business elsewhere. A part that there website stated available had to be ordered. Told 2 days...week later, parts here. Pick up part...RUDE cashier! To pick up a part!? Your doing your job man!

I just want to say a big thank you to the guys from Auto zone!!! I walked in upset because I was having a hard time finding windshield wipers at other stores. They were quick to say they can help me find the ones I needed and even installed them, without me asking.

The worst customer service I have ever had. They made fun of me for asking questions and offered no solutions to problems that were on their end (refund credits ect). Will not be going back, I would rather drive 40 minutes to the next Autozone.

Awesome. Correct on price. Tested battery & installed. They guy was knowledgeable, friendly. Factory stated one type battery but does not fit. Guy new what to do & got me correct battery. Car running great. No hassles.
