We were looking for some stone for our landscaping, but we accidentally showed up about 15 minutes before closing. Nevertheless, Windy Escobar was very helpful and patient, and she even walked us around the showroom to show us various samples. She gave us a couple of estimates and she patiently answered all of our questions. She was very friendly and clearly wanted to help us --- great customer service!

Poor communication and unreliable service. The person who promised to fix my stone pillar kept stalling. Two days were wasted waiting for him to show up. But he never phoned or apologized as to why his appointments were never kept. Unprofessional.
