I do love Menards. I have bought a ton of things from here over the last 10+ years: gutter guards, paint, driveway sealer, lighting fixtures, tools, screws, nails, decorations, lumber, pavers, retaining wall blocks, etc... I do love my weekend projects...not! I am taking one star off for the rude manager. I had two pallets of pavers delivered and I was shorted some of the bricks. I called to inform them and I was told I was wrong. I was a little upset but there was nothing I could do. I had to actually drive here to get the missing bricks I needed because I wanted my workers to finish the project. The manager didnt want to hear about the order being incorrect and I had to buy the missing bricks. It was a pain & I should have fought harder but I didnt and that was my mistake. I did save money because the patio cost $1000 in material & $500 in labor. Contractors were quoting me around $5000 for the finished patio. Do you hear that? Its the Menards jingle playing..."Save Big Money at Menards!"

This was the worst menards that i have ever been to. we purchased a water heater that went bad. so we took it back up for warranty. this is where it got bad. the front desk people where nice but it took 15 min for the guy from plumbing to come up just to look at the water heater. then when finally did he brought us back to the water heaters where it then took 25 to 30 min for a guy to come with a fork lift to tell us there is none in stock. we then asked the guy what about the display and he told us the sisplay is not functional. then we ask if we could pay the difference of a upgraded 1 and they told us yes at the lowest sale price of the orginal WH the price difference went from $50 to $300 and we had the orginal reciept. so the end of this 2 hr 20 min visit to this menards was the display was functional and we swamp it out for that. beware the employees at this menards minus the front desk are extremely lazy and have no knowledge of there position

I picked up some beautiful Burr Oak trees here. Also picked up a nice Granny Smith apple tree. Overall I will rate these experiences the highest possible because I love tree sales almost as much as I love Deer. I will rate and review this location the highest possible I have been blessed with unparalleled vision for deer and evil! ALL GLORY GOES TO GOD ... Without the Lord Jesus Christ I am nothing! I came here after work looking to purchase paint. Ive never been to a Menards store where no associate offers help in selecting a paint type or helps bring the paint to their paint counter. I also had to wait at the paint desk for an employee to come over and ask about what color I wanted added, even though there was a group of employees standing nearby talking. Overall I wasnt pleased with the customer service.

I suppose back in the day this was a good Wisconsin lumberyard. Where men had foldout rulers and knew what the heck they were talking about. Now its run by children who would rather talk to each other than help a customer. Its a place that if you want boards cut down they tell you to "walk outside to the barn" in the winter across icy parking lots. Bottom line is this chain is pathetic.

Absolutely HATE the volume of music and so does the staff !!! Tonight was awful and the girl who bagged the folks ahead of us was NOT trained to be efficient - used two to four more bags than needed and actually could have put it all in the backpack that was purchased ! OR the garbage can they also purchased !

If I could give this menards a negative rating, I would. It have the most hateful and rude staff I have ever seen in a business and the management is no better. If you like Menards, like I do, it is well worth the drive to go to the one in Antioch. The staff there are 100 times better.

Excellent service. They are very professional service and patience, everybody is pleased to customers. I lost my tablet in the shopping car today, but late of night I came and asked them they keepnit for me, how happy I am. I am appreciate they have a good service for customers.

My favorite place to shop. Forget the Internet shopping. I dont mind paying extra knowing that I am supporting a local business. I get so happy and excited when I see the place packed ans full of people specially on weekends. I support Menard 100%. No more online ordering.

The selection here is extensive. From house wares, to infrastructure bits, to pet supplies and even groceries! Lines can take a while at times but that happens with many shoppers. My brother was able to get things for his new place while I browsed the DIY books.
