The store is big, dont get me wrong. I went in for a bathrm sink. The bathroom sink I wanted wasnt in stock. I was able to take home the display, but the manager did not want to get me a discount. An employee there told me the manager might give me a discount for the display. And the manager passed me by earlier, as I kinda yelled for some help in the bathroom department. Then, I took my sink to the checkout, and the cashier was chatting with an employee as I waiited to get checked out. The cashier noticed I was having a hard time with the darn sink. But she didnt suggest an employee to help me. So, I told her... "can you call someone to push this out to my car" The cashier rang a bell and yelled for someone. No one showed and she told me to move to the side so she can help out the next person in line. No one showed to help and the cashier pretended I wasnt there. I moved the heavy sink on my own slowly and carefully. I was too upset to wait for more bad service. I use to be a cashier and I what it consists of. But I expected at least reasonable service.

Some people are willing to help. The other employees just want nothing to do with helping! I went to get two key copies done for my gate lock. One was obviously wasnt aligned with the original but she claim that the machine did it so it had to work. I brought the lock back to show her it didnt work! She fixed it but idk why i had to waste time going home for the lock just so she could fix it!

This is a decent Menards since its facilities are so new and they have plenty in stock whenever I have needed something. Great selection for Halloween and Christmas for sure. Only drawback is the parking lot is a little too dark and its located on not the best neighborhood, so its best to park where there is more light and closest to store as possible.

Never experienced such an awful customer service, plain awful. After waiting for 20 min, someone finally picked up the phone, guess what, no hello, simply said hold on, then hanged up on me, whats the F*k; then tried again for dialing back, never able to reach some one, awful.

First of we went there to get things to fix for a friends house and the Staff!Omg they where playing on there phones talking amongst each other not one came up to us to ask if we needed help with anything this is the worst Menards ive been too wouldnt recommend going there!

I went to go buy a door with the frame and it was in stock and the guy said that he was going back to get a cart we were standing in the aisle for at least 12 or 13 minutes waiting for him so as far as tardiness they suck

Very will stocked store. Whenever the other two big box places are out of stock or dont carry the item Im looking for, this Menards has it. From now on, I will make this my number stop for all my home improvements needs.
