Mark -The Spark-

Went in to buy a space heater with flame. Waited about 5 mins. for help and finally a girl walked by and paged someone for help on her walkie talkie. 14 mins. later a guy helped me. He was just walking by, he wasnt responding to the page. (so no one ever responded to the page) I know it was 14 mins. because I looked at the time on my cell phone. And the place was very empty, not busy at all! So I decided I would buy a heater that was $140. I told the guy who helped me if I could get a small marked down for all the time I had waited. He looked around and couldnt find someone in the area to ok it. He told me to go to the register and ask for the markdown there. I was asking if I could get it for $10 off. So, they page a mgr. over and he had such an ---hole attitude. I was speaking polite to him and he just says "No. We dont compensate customers for their time." So, what if I had waited 30-45 mins? They are dedicated to service? But I waited 14 mins., after a page, for help and they dont care that you waited unnecessarily (place was basically empty). So the moral of the story: They dont care that a customer just waits, not being helped, and they lose a $130 sell. Not only are they rude (yeah, right. Dedicated to service. HA-HA) theyre not to smart either. I called corp. to voice my comment and they want you to mail a letter about it. They dont even want to talk to you about it. Anywhere else you could speak to someone at corp. level, not here. This store will be closing within 2 years! (todays date is: 11/13/14) Guarantee it! And remember me saying the place was empty? I think I know why! In two years they will not only be empty of customers, but of everything else as well.

Horrible servicio tienen muchas cosas en buenos preciosos pero el servicio es lo peor mienten en cuando llegan las cosas uno las paga x adelantado y t kieren mandar x ellas a otra tienda cuando ellos mismos t dicen k llegaran ahi en la Cicero. Told an employee who was sweeping by the cement aisle about the bird food that was open with all kind insects and flying ones too. The bags were obviously not open by birds and the food was all rotten and he told me that there was nothing they could do about it cuz they have birds coming inside all the time

Fairly good size store, though some of the employees didnt seem to know where anything was. I asked for a particular item type and was told "Its somewhere over there" as she pointed and failed to give an aisle number--I had to find 2 other employees before I found what I needed.

I always have a great experience shopping here. Maybe because unlike other customers, I do research on what to buy, I READ signs and navigate through the store well, and Im not a whiny lazy customer. Great store. Especially the HARDWARE and GARDEN CENTER

The lumberyard is run by a bunch of teenagers who not only dont know about lumber or customer service, they also dont understand their own store policies. This inevitably will lead to multiple trips to and from the lumberyard and the cash register

Asked an employee in the lumber department where I would find beaded plywood. He didnt know what it was. Neither did another associate. I left my loaded cart in the store and drove down the street to the competition. Wont be back to this store.

They sell you warrants but then dont stand by them. I was trying to exchange my nail gun which Ive done in my other stores but this one is just playing stupid and dont want to stand by their policies. WORST STORE EVER!!!!
