I brought my 15 month old Maltese/Cocker Spaniel mix on May 20, 2017. I have always passed it on the Cross Bronx and when I called to inquire, Tony was the most pleasant/patient person Ive spoken with. When he was busy, he asked if I could hold on. I was sold. I made an appointment and took Prince. The groomer (I think her name was Amy) came out, met Prince and asked what I wanted. The standard, like any other grooming establishment, is that you drop off your fur baby and come back at a specific time. Since I didnt have anything to do, I stuck around. Browsed the store because they have everything that you could possibly need. While I hung around, the brothers Tony & Richie (I think their names are) engaged in conversation with me. They also entertained my 11 y/o son who was anxious to get his fur brother back. All in all, I was happy with Princes grooming, the price, the staff as well as all of their products. I will always be back...and theres a vet a few doors down that I have to check out.

Muy malo el lugar.. El que atendió mi perrito, fue un chico, el cual lo corto en una pata y su orejita.. Además me querían cobrar 30$ mas ya que mi perro es un poodle y tenia bastante pelo..!! De verdad q muy mal servicio, no llevare mas nunca a mi hemoso perro para allá.. No pague los 30$ extras porque tuve casi una discusión con el muchacho.. Fatal muy maaaaal no lleven a sus mascotas para allá...

I have been taking my Shih Tzu Gizmo there for grooming for quite some time now. They are the ONLY place that i trust with him completely. The staff is so friendly and courteous and were like that from the very first visit. That made my daughter and I extremely comfortable. And Gizmos reaction every time he sees Melissa proved further what an awesome place it is. I dont care if I move from the area, I would still bring Giz back to Cross Bronx no matter what!!! Reasons I love this place: 1. Its a family run business and has been in the neighborhood for a very long time. 2. The owners and staff are so nice and knowledgeable. Ive been to the chain pet store nearby and not gotten half the help & expertise Cross Bronx Pet has given me. 3. Its a big location and always fully stocked with the things I need. 4. They open pretty early for a pet store. 5. They have discounts on grooming Mondays and half price nail clippings Thursdays & Fridays

BEWARE EVERYONE LOOKING FOR A GROOMER IN THE BRONX. GROOMER CUT MY DOG EYE AND NOW HE CANNOT SEE!!!! I am beyond piss at what they did to his eye. How can a mistake like this happen from cutting hair. Hes been shaking for days and lays around sad. His eye is blood red and just horrible to look at. STAY AWAY!!!!! If you care and love your dog, you will not allow them to place a scissor anywhere near them.

I took my dog there for grooming, and the groomer hacked off one of my dogs dewclaws, when I approached the groomer and the owner of the place, they both acted like nothing ever happened and had the audacity to say that my dog must have come in there with her claw hacked off. Please spare yourselves the anguish and the vet bills, and by no means take your beloved pet to the Crossbronx Pet Shop.

YES This Is a great place to come get whatever you need for your dog and YES the staff was great from the moment I walked in BUT the prices are insanely high $80 for a bully harness when I can get a whole SET online (spiked harness leash and collor for $35 it seems they buy things online them selfs and them resells them ! For profit I respect the hustle but Im about saving money no wasting !!!

This is the worst grooming place that I have taken my baby, she came infested with fleas, my tea cup Yorkie 3 1/2 pounds, was suffering for days, didnt know until I checked and she was being eaten by this infested bugs, that The Cross bronx pet shop and grooming gave her. Please do nat tske your loving pets to this place,

Today was my dogs birthday. I went an bought everything for her including a pet edible cake here. I love this place. Family owned business. They have everything for all kinds of pets. Im so happy with how this cake came out. The cake mix comes with everything. Loved it! My dog went crazy an ate the whole thing.

I brang my puppy here for the first time...they cut her hair and the hairs in her ears she ended up catching an infection because they left so much hair inside her ears!!!! cost me $150 for a damn checkup and meds on top of the $65 I paid for her haircut! WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! TERRIBLE!

My dog doesnt like being groomed and becomes aggressive. Took him for the first grooming last year. They did a great job and will be returning soon. Staff was friendly and prices very reasonable. Zatch will be back!
