Expensive. The service sucks... will never give my business ever again. Lost a customer. Their communication skills suck big time. April 4, 2017 My friend of mine, and her son were looking at the wild animals in the store. I had a simple request to have the staff member in the fish department to show us an reptile. He intercomed a staff member to help us. I swear, took five to ten mines of our time to be not respected with respect. I told him we were waiting.... his response... I tried. We left the store, and never coming back. So embarrassed to say the least. Ill never be disrespect.

The prices for small animal bedding and food are too expensive, I go to Wal-Mart now for that stuff. I do give credit that the staff will be friendly... overly friendly sometimes, they try* to be helpful, end up talking your ear off... but i rather deal with that then grumpy employees who arent helpful at all. its just the prices in all your departments, unless there is a sale going on... are too high. Other then that you guys arent bad store.

Has a lot of pet supplies and upscale pricy pet foods. Your pet may eat these products out of plain hunger only to get sick and puke it all up or because its the only food it knows. No real generic (junk) foods are sold. As far as diversity, there certainly is not any equality! The only pets permitted into the store are dogs on a leash. Cats on a leash are not admitted. Cat must be in a cage for sevice. Pet grooming is for dogs only.

Petco is okay. The people there are very nice (for the most part) but most of them know little about the rodents they sell and most of the time the animals are in a poor condition as I had bought 2 rats and one had fleas and most of them looked sickly. There selection is great toy and chew wise is great and the only reason I still come is because its the closest pet store near me and I need to buy toys every once in a while.

They have so much for your animals here. Theres even dog grooming at the front, and pet adoption too. Theres a big fish area right in the center, with many different kinds of fish to choose from, several tanks, decorations to go in the tank, food, etc. Where else would you want to go?

Took my dog to get groomed, he was scared to death of the little Chinese or Korean girl. He barked once and she told me she cannot deal with a dog thats aggressive. If my dog is scared and hes shaking only barks once, thats an aggressive dog??? Never again Petco.

I go to Petco for all of my Saltwater tank needs. Brenda and Joseph are wonderful. They are always patient and are very knowledgable, Ive become their pests at times, but I always get great customer service from them. Keep up the great work.

A hidden gem! This store has an excellent layout, helpful and courteous staff, and is very clean and well stocked. I hadnt even visited it, but was very pleased when I finally did.

The store is consistently PetCo, the people in the grooming place are nice but they did shave my dog shorter than requested. Probably wont bring him back.

The ferret pen is rarely cleaned. Good selection for dog items and dog foods. Some of the rodent pens are overcrowded. Good prices for dog grooming.
