If I could give less than one I would. I read all the nice reviews and expected amazing customer service. I was trying to sell a ring and came in for an even second day to see the "owner" instead of taking my business elsewhere. I am woken up and go straight there, just for a man Ive never seen before to look at it for two seconds and tell me its not real, while hes on the phone with someone else. Instead of explaining the process to me or even apologizing for me now having to come in a second time, he dismisses me with his hand. Instead, tells me laughing "theres nothing to buy". I never even got to speak to the owner myself, nor did he even acknowledge me. None of them seemed preoccupied with the fact they were giving horrible customer service. Extremely glad I took my business elsewhere. before you come here, make sure youre okay with the shittiest customer service Ive ever seen.

I must say ive been through some diffuclt times and have used many different shops over the years. But trusted pawn and Alex are not only trustworthy but kind, generous and very compassionate. As long as you are honest and thorough they will go above and beyond to give you great service and help you. Horrible waist of time and the gas I did have. They refused my brand new Akai Professional APC Keys. EBay advanced has ruined the pawn industry. Let me explain... Some idiot list anything not knowing its worth, no reserve. Its sells for pennys and eBay records each final sale price, pawn shops use this data to low ball you or out right refuse your item.

Very trusted, friendly, and pays top dollar for your items whether it be pawning or selling. Great place great people. Dont bother going anywhere else, Trusted pawn has any other pawn shop beat. I was in a bad spot and needed money asap. I got there after visiting 3 prior pawn shops. They greeted me and asked what I needed for my flat screen I was pawning. I told him what I wanted and he gave it no ?s asked. It was a fair honest deal. Never expected that. Will have my business for years to come. I recommend to all my family and friends......

I made my way in to trusted pawn today to sell my MacBook Pro, where I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, was offered a bottle of water, and last but not least, was treated very fairly and was more than happy with the offer that was made. Best Pawn Shop in Fort Lauderdale. Trusted, friendly, and fair. There is also an in-house computer Tech that is certified to fix all of your computer problems. I will definitely return to Trusted Pawn. They are by far the best. Dont waste your time going anywhere else.
