I was in there a couple weeks ago looking at jewelry and the owner approach me. He was very pushy and unprofessional he seemed to be on something. Thats when the stores manager Tommy stepped in to try to save the sale but instead he only made things worse. I find it highly unprofessional the way he was speaking about a past employee and his business. I left thinking if they are so quick to put that persons business out what makes me think that they wouldnt give my personal information out as well. My advice STAY CLEAR OF CLASSIC PAWN as this business seems very shady.Im evening thinking about reporting this so called business to the Better Business Bureau as that is how disgusted I am with the experience I had Sir you state that Classic Pawn tries to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. However, instead of apologizing for the awful service that day and try to rectify the situation you choose to be condescending and extremely arrogant. You also proved my point in my first review of the store. It is not my business nor anyone elses as to why you recently had to let a prior employee go. You are justifying your poor behavior by putting this employees business out for the rest of your customers to see. As for my profile it is exactly what I said before you are so quick to put anyones information out for the world to see to justify your poor actions that I dont, feel the need to give you my information for harassment. As an owner of a business that you claim has been in around for 25 years I expected a completely difference response. As for you having customers come after for the comment I left that shows poor business on your end. To the customers that have commented on this situation Im glad that you have had nothing but good experiences at Classic Pawn but I did not and Im entitled to express my disatisfaction.

BEST PAWN SHOP PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been a loyal customer of Classic Pawn & Jewelry since 2005 when I first moved to South Florida. Thats 10 years now!!!!!!! Other Pawn shops both near and far from here just pale in comparison. The staff here at his top draw establishment are professional, personal, friendly, honest, very knowledgeable and most certainly on top in their field!!!! They will work with you to get the greatest value for your pawn... and give you a bargain price for your in store purchase!!! Classic Pawn & Jewelry is loaded to the gills with an incredible variety of inventory.... you name it, theyve got it. If for some reason they dont, I am sure they can help find it!!! The customer is treated with the utmost respect and is clearly most important!!! I feel like family here!!! When times are tough I always come here for a loan... when times are better I stop in to shop for tools, fishing equipment and electronics. These are a few of my favorite things lol. All of my familys bicycles were purchased here as well .... Ive saved hundreds of dollars thank you very much :) !!!!!!! I drive east down Broward Boulevard almost every day and if time allows it ... Ill just stop in to say hello, see whats new, have a few laughs with the staff, buy myself a little something and continue on my way. You should do the same!!!! Visit Classic Pawn & Jewelry... You will be impressed and know the true meaning of customer service... hard to find these days.... but its right here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for reading.

WOW what a place!!! I am big on customer service for one, that being said this place from walking in the door was very welcoming. We brought items in and were asked what we were looking for to get I gave a price and they gave it. not to mention they escorted us to our vehicle for safety reasons. when you expect great service good prices for your belongings honest and very reputable place. THIS IS THE PLACE the day before we searched the web for a pawn shop ,(US PAWN & Jewelry on Sunrise Blvd in fort Lauderdale... the description was very enticing and exactly what we were looking for. we entered the establishment wasnt greeted and when we showed our high priced items they took a look and told us they could only give 20 to 40 dollars for pieces that were purchased at 1500 and higher. they gave us a story that we paid for the name and not valuable items. as he spent more time degrading top name jewelers we were certainly not impressed with the place at all and absolutely said no to their offer of 20-40 $$ . we were not at all impressed with anything this shady pawn shop had to offer. as this review is not to demean another business I wanted to speak highly of CLASSIC PAWN AND JEWELRY ON BROWARD BLVD. FORTLAUDERDALE. THISI IS THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED RIGHT AND GET WHAT YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS ARE WORTH.!! This is a response to Jody Pikes comment. First of all, you dont know what you are talking about. Secondly, Classic pawn is clean and organized, and the neighborhood is fine.(B.S.O POLICE DEPARTMENT IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET) by the way JODY IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT B.S.O. MEANS IT IS BROWARD SHERIFFS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And what do you know about corner hustlers if you are calling the employees that, you must be one or dealt with a few!!!!!!!!! The prices are great and so is the quality. As far as much better places to go, you are an idiot. What do you think you are better than any other person that goes there. To The people that work there: Tom, Anthony, Dillon and Steve, I have never encountered the most accommodating, helpful, pleasant group of people. I was robbed about a year ago and really needed some extra cash so I borrowed money on a piece of jewelry (which they were very helpful and understanding) I was 63 days past due and thought I lost my item, but since I have been going there for so long they held my piece of jewelry and let me pay the minimal amount. Not to mention how polite they are and how nice they treated me. Jody you are an a$$hole and dont know what you are talking about. I want to say thank you to all the employees at Classic Pawn. Ive been a satisfied customer of Classic Pawn & Jewelry for over 5 years. Ive received good value for my merchandise, and Ive been treated fairly each & every time. As a single parent, there are times when I must place an item on loan in order to pay a bill, meet an unexpected expense, or spend a little-bit extra on a special occasion. The staff has come through for me time & time again; always providing me with courtesy and excellent pricing. I have never once felt taken advantage of, or cheated at all. When I arrive to redeem my property, its always a seamless and easy process. I have never had a complaint or problem with the staff or their policies. Thats why Ive been a repeat customer all of these years. Let me put it this way...I sadly & unexpectedly had a family member pass away, and I wouldnt have been able to travel out of state to attend the funeral without getting the best price. Well, they gave me the absolute best market price, and I was able to attend my loved ones funeral. I will forever sing their praises for that. I honestly would not use another pawn shop. These guys are top notch & unmatched. If you go elsewhere, youre missing out on an excellent opportunity to get truly great value & service.
