Carries a good diversity in product offerings despite a lack of that same diversity in hiring practices in this day and age which is despicable to say the least. Yet in this Southwestern Region with its so-called Love of God & all things godly is the norm. Majority of retailers & businesses servicing the public & private sector of populace are grossly failing in the DIVERSIFIED EMPLOYEE BASE category. Shamefully despicable! I can now understand why Northern counterparts do so much better in retailing categories such as: 1)Employee Retention, 2)Product Sales, 3)Low Profit/Loss Monthly Reportings, 4)Higher Customer Loyalty Ratings, etc. As Arsenio Hall once put it, "Makes you go, "HUMmm." Apparently, retail & business managers in this U.S. region seem quite satisfied and comfortable with such poor ratings & profits. Wonder what televisions "The Profit man would have to say about that? I would think he would say, "Get up off your tawdry behinds and start making money or go home and be the new babysitter. Because youre either in this to make a profit or youre out of it. Your choice."

Overpriced everything. How could the average income household afford to shop at this company. Only things i see is one or two buy one get one free. Rarely happens I know groceries are high. I guess you have to be blind to not see a 29cent to 2 dollor increase on can goods.. And meat umless you buy a whole primal to get their rineyes 4:99 lb. You have to buy the 15 to 20lb. Whole bag to get this discount... Foodcity an ingles At least have better prices. Wal mart meat shipped in from another country

This is my main grocery store and for a stay-at-home mom of three believe me Im there quite a bit. The store is always clean, organized, and the staff go beyond the norm to make sure you find everything you need. Ive always had a very positive shopping experience at this location and that cannot always be said for other stores. I highly recommend taking advantage of their value cards as well because it actually does help save money.

This store is like a small-town grocery store. Often out of stock of something that I came to purchase. Aisles often blocked by restocking (dont real stores do this at night?), limited selection, etc. Parking lot is on the side of a hill so if you turn away to put an item in the car, your grocery cart has rolled across the lot and impaled itself into someones car. All in all, not a pleasant experience. Not recommended.

Was early morning visit. Cashier was having trouble with a large sale item. Went to self checkout since it looked like it would take awhile. The self check out clerk went to cashier who was having a problem with sale. After she helped her, she bagged groceries for her. I kept saying excuse me. Customer service needs improves. I had a coupon is why I needed help

Favorite grocer in the area. I like their prices and the atmosphere. Way more low key than Walmart or Food City. Get the Kroger app. You will save a fair amount of money. They have a lot of incentives to shop there, very good service and overall happy employees. They are also 24/7 if you really want to avoid people like I do.

This is an old store... with an odor AND something set off my allergies and I almost coughed myself to death. I did find what I was l was looking for....and I got a salad Id meant to eat at deli, but my coughing started. I had to leave and eat in my car.
