All Polly had to do was copy a photo of a corsage that my wife gave her. We picked up the corsage the day of the prom and it was less than half the size of the one in the picture. By the time my wife realized how small it was she called Polly several times and text her with no response. In addition the boutonniere was extremely plain with NO accent! What a train wreck this florist is! Wont EVER be back! In Bloom in Arlington ended up helping us and made us a beautiful corsage on the spot. Got us out of a jam! I attached a photo of the two corsages. In Blooms corsage was much larger and even a little bit cheaper surprisingly. Thank God for florists with pride and principles like the one at In Bloom!

This is an EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, we ordered flowers for our company owners baby shower and we were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Flowers arrived over an hour late, after many calls that went unanswered the flowers finally arrived. And what arrived was a complete JOKE! It was the saddest bouquet I have ever seen. The flowers were old and the vase unattractive. WE WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN! We were promised a refund the same day ($121.24) and it has yet to materialize. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I have received several floral arrangements from this shop. Each one has been uniquely arranged and beautiful. My friends and co-workers have always commented on the variety of flowers used and how artistically they are arranged. My husband discovered this place and it has become his "go to" when surprising me. Love it!

These guys just ruined my entire plan for the day. I ordered flowers early this morning to be delivered by 3, before I got home and they show up at 5!!! $100. I could have done this myself at Kroger for half the price. No calls nothing. Then ghey dont answer when I started calling at 4!! Thanks a lot!!

The only word I can use to describe the owner of this place is arrogant! She was too busy telling us why she was better than everyone else and why she was more expensive that everyone else to even listen and follow simple directions. Thanks for making a difficult time even harder!

I am unsure if this lady was over or under medicated. Her arrangements were half a$$ and my 7 year old grand daughter could have thrown our wedding center pieces together. Not to mention, she didnt do everything she said she would. Someone needs to tell her McDonalds is hiring.

Holly was awesome with the ideas she had for our wedding... However on our wedding day the corsages for the mothers and grandmothers where not delivered until after the ceremony...and they were wilting already... Our venue was right next to her shop

Spent a $125 on a dozen roses to be delivered. 12 roses in an oversized vase is what I got. Not a professional job at all! I could have got a better bouquet at Kroger for a third of the price. I will never go back there.
