Its good food price is ok but the customer service can sometimes be a little on the bad side. Came down the 10 items or less line and didnt even notice that is was 10 items or less usually its 20 but I had 12 items in my basket and no one behind me and got told its only 10 items or less. So they wouldnt check me out i had to go wait in line for 20 min to get checked out. Come back around and the same person who didnt check me out was just standing there. I guess the dont understand good customer service. It would have taken 2in to check out those two additional items that cost me an extra 20 min. I would understand if I had a long line behind me but I didnt. This was an older white lady with bad customer service and the person who check me out was a younger white lady and she knew more about customer service and turned a bad and frustrating experience into a good one. An they say the younger generation is the problem.

Uncomfortable female customer that be me. I love the food and staff but I had a bad experience. I dont post reviews but the manager Will wasnt taking me seriously. I dont care if there is shortage of carts but male store associate shouldnt follow a female customer unless asked. The manager Will went to the handle of my cart while I was putting away grocery. I said that I was uncomfortable someone standing so close and looking at me. He said that its the store policy..I repeated again that I dont feel comfortable. If a woman says that they are uncomfortable the manager should have moved immediately. I was so shocked that he was clueless.

I go in there weekly. Staff is usually nice and the store is one of the best, but for the past year their produce (apples, avocados, cucumbers etc) have been rotten and never fresh. Apples are always soft, cucumber is never fresh and bright, theyre yellowish inside, blueberries are mush when I bring them home and raspberries too. I told the manager in a nice way about it because I want to continue shopping here. He rushed off the phone when I mentioned the rotting apples I kept buying. I posted the picture here of it because Ive had it. I guess I have to go back to shopping at Target.

I am so disappointed in United Supermarkets. I cant believe I used to come here every day. I was involved in their rewards program up until they took away the ability to use the rewards on gas discounts. Not to mention nearly every time I ran in for lunch the cashiers skip past the rewards number input so you dont get your points. The only discounts you can get now are pre-set so I wouldnt doubt for minute that they jack up those prices so you really end up paying the original price and dont get a discount. Im going back to Tom Thumb.

This is one of the best grocery stores in the area. I love to shop here even though it is a long way from my home. I will bring a cooler to get the cold stuff home safely. You are just able to find items here that you can not find in other normal grocery stores. I really like the seafood market here, the produce was lots of fun items, and I also like that they have bulk items. I find the prices to be cheeper than places like Tom Thumb, but the shopping experience far exceeds what you will get in other places.

Just walked out of the Market Street store on Georgia St. , I can not understand why a store has 20 check outs and only one checker. 7 people in line and one sack person too. as i was walking out the only two people working said I am so sorry. While walking out there was 6 workers standing behind the desk watching the two work, 4 workers standing out side the front door on the phone and 8 seated at the table outside Somebody needs to wake up, or if everyone gos on break at the same time close the store!

I liked the place until one employee ruined my experience. This employee followed and harrased Black peoole like we were in the 50s. He was trying to see if we got too many napkins and whatnot. Then, I came there to study on my lunch break, he was too busy trying to see what I was studying. As long as I purchased all the items that I had in my possession, there is no need to follow and watch me. Uggh! They lost my business. I wish I could give it no stars.

This is a very nice grocery and market. They have a great selection of items at decent prices. Their deli food is also good and their bakery is the best. Their staff is very helpful and when possible they walk you out to your car. Just be on look out for stray shopping carts. They dont have cart corrals so people just leave the cart anywhere. They walk out every customer with a cart so they can bring it back in but they dont have that much staff available.

Spent $260 + on groceries and the cashier gave us a big hassle over a $1.00 coupon. He even called the manager over and he rummaged through our sacks of groceries to find the item to make a decision on a $1.00 coupon. Its 2013, cant you read the computer you are standing in front of and get a list of items? Will not give them any more of my money.

I really like this store. Very friendly staff and great variety. I do have an issue with their deli staff on the weekends. There is always a line and it seems at times you are treated as an interruption and not as a their main focus. Also, its irritating to see the manager walk past the line of customers and not jump in to help clear the queue.

The best grocery in the area! The deli and butcher are the best, the bakery is awesome and they make sushi fresh, in house. You can stop by for fresh food as well, they have sandwiches, pizza and hot meals as well. The service is amazing as well, you will never want to go to another grocer!

Beautiful market with fresh produce and many organic options, Market Street is my favorite place to shop for groceries in Coppell. The promotions are well run and the staff is extremely helpful. The Tastes of Market Street also has the best prices on gasoline in the area.

The Pharmacist here defiantly has the spirit of excellence along with the staff. They are very professional, compassionate, very knowledgeable, and quick to respond. They go way beyond the call of duty and they are greatly appreciated by our family. James and Dalana Cain

Love this place. Great customer service. They bring grocery to your car and help you load. They have great coffee shop, deli, bakery and lots of table to enjoy your food. This place is inside the Coppell Market Center. They also have Pharmacy, Coin star and Redbox.

I ordered a cake at the bakery, and it was awful. The lady there was rude, condescending, and judgmental. She charged us $8 extra and I was given a normal white cake, but I ordered an ice cream cake. The only redeeming factor was that the cake was good.
