Lets start with my background: I am a hardcore endurance athlete, 40+ hours a week training, half IMs, Full IMs and other stuff. I purchase 4-5 pairs of shoes a year just because I wear them out and I like local running stores just because I hate corporate. I sent my sister to go shop for a pair of shoes, and I recommended (without even knowing) this place just because it is a local shop, small and I assume owner operated shop so she can get her first pair of running shoes ever! she just quit smoking and started to walk, then jog and now she is very excited about running. So she goes to this place and ............"well, we can only get you a fitting if you buy the shoes from us......." Are you @@#@#$@#@ kidding me?? So you dont know if you have what she wants or needs, you dont even know if you carry her size or color preference and you are forcing her to buy a pair of shoes she does not even know before fitting her?? I have purchased running shoes all over this country and this is the first time I EVER hear such stupidity!!! So, she called me, told me about it and I sent her to the closest OTHER running store where they DO fit her before asking her to buy their shoes first!! This is NONSENSE!!! if those are your selling practices, I am glad she didnt get fir there because I am SURE they will sell her what she does not need just to make the sale! Shame on you Sole Runners!! you have no idea how to treat runners!! My God, Absurd!!!!

My background: * Boys scout wannabe * Girls scouts #1 fan ( cookies are amazing ) * Frozen Yogurt eating Champion at both " Menchies" and "Sweet Frogs" All kidding aside I had a great experience in this store, the staff was very friendly and kind, full of knowledge on many different brands even on those that they did not carry. They offered to record me running and pointed out some interesting things that facilitated choosing the proper style of shoe. Im not from the area and they took their time to inform me on different events and all that good stuff. In case you are still wondering what kind of runner I am well here it is. I hate running therefore I need shoes that fit properly and help me want to keep running. I run 5 to 6 days a week distance from a 2 mile warm up to 8+ miles depends if I get lost. Great Shop, great costumer service!

This is the best shoe store I have ever been to, Im a below the knee amputee and they are very helpful for everything I need they take the time with me no matter how long it takes this is the only shoe store I buy my shoes at and every last person that works there is always nice . You dont need to buy a pair of shoes I atleast by 3 or 4 pair of shoes are you from the store this is the only shoe store I recommend to everybody

The staff was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable! I didnt know anything about running or what type of shoes to get, but they really took the time to help me find a shoe that works best (I think I was there for at least 2 hours). Because of how friendly they were, I also learned a lot about running and marathons, which was helpful in its own right. If you need anything related to running, go here!!

Awesome, the staff is Incredibly knowledgeable. They will asses your running style and get you fitted. Ask for Ethan, he was so helpful. He stayed with my boyfriend and I for over 2 hours helping us with different shoes, information, advice on everything from watched down to socks. I could not have been more impressed with a store. Honestly the best experience, they just gained a customer for life.

Fantastic place to get a pair of high quality running shoes. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to spend time to make sure that I left with a pair of sneakers that were comfortable and exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend Go Run Miami for a novice runner or a seasoned athlete. Excellent service!

This place is awesome! Nerea the sales person who helped me was not only super knowledgeable but incredibly friendly and so was the rest of the staff! If your looking for a running shoe or training shoe and dont really know what your looking for or what shoe is best for you specifically I definitely recommend going here!

Excellent service, you would think its small place, but is so personalized and Andrew was excellent and i went to see my cousin buy something, because i have back problems, and ended up starting running with no back pain because of what he advised me. but unbelievable running shoes and support that were excellent for me.
