I WILL NEVER COME BACK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Too bad I got the opposite of all these other customers. I took my glock for a simple gun barrel issue, the owner said 1 week. Never got a call. TWO week go by I figure they might be busy Ill give them extra time. I show up to a small sign at door "close for a week" I should have gotten a call "customer, we will be close for a week can you come by to pickup your barrel?" So I go back again a week after that. They now have had my barrel for 3 weeks. Owner says "oh, the barrel is not done yet". I said give me my barrel NOW. Owner says come back tomorrow I have to get it from "my guy" I come back the next day, I ask for my barrel. Placed it on the counter, not a word out of his mouth. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Wow, what a great place with Great customer service. I purchased a Ruger Mark 3 pistol (they had it in stock and a great price). We talked about the fact it was a little tricky to break down. So When I got home, I decide to learn how to do.. Bad IDEA after 1 hour of effort I did get it back together. But did something wrong.. Bad for me.. Went back to see Otto the next AM, with a sad face. He told me hed try and fix it, and if he could not would send it to a gunsmith at this cost. 3 hours later he called told me it was fixed. When I got there, he handed me a working gun, told me what I did wrong and at no point did he laugh at me or make me feel foolish. the other thing he did not do was charge me for that work. I know where Im buying my next gun, AND the one after that TOO!
