They promised me my glasses and contacts within 2 days and for over two weeks their response was "items did not arrive". After two weeks they realized i did not pay for one of the contacts and asked me to give my credit card number on phone. When i said i wasnt comfortable with that they asked me to order it online. But then online website did not have my prescription. You see by that time i had already moved to a different place. So i kept calling them asking them if they could ship me my contacts, which they refused to until i had to put up all my bargaining techniques for about half an hour. Never shop here. this place sucks.

I have a slight astigmatism and after four tries they could not get my glasses to the correct perscription. Also one of the employees hit on my mom while i was being examined which i though was not only unprofessional and disgusting, but for him to wait till I was in another room seemed predatory.

First time at Visionworks. The office is beautiful and has tons of frames to choose from. I had a great experience from the time I walked in the door until I left! Would definately recommend to my friends and family!!

Good place to get glasses and contacts. Frames can be a bit more expensive and they always try to sell overpriced extras like glare resistant lenses.
