Wife and I went to Prince Frederick Ford "just to look around" at some F150 pick-up trucks. Met up with John Crisafulli who was super knowledgeable about these trucks and explained all the pros and cons of various vehicles we were looking at. Spent a lot of time with us as we looked at just about every truck on the lot. Never got the feeling that we were getting the bums rush. When we entered the dealership to see what kind of deal we could get on one of the trucks we liked, we met up with Ronnie Johnson who is the sales manager. He explained the rebates, and other incentives available to us to get us the most discount on the truck. After answering all our questions, I felt he saved us a lot off the MSRP, and we struck a deal. We then were introduced to Josie Mayfield who would handle the financing. Lovely lady who checked with a few different banks to find us the lowest interest rate on what we were going to borrow. Set us up and we signed the papers. The next thing I know, the truck is all set to go, full tank of gas, temporary tags in place, and keys in my hand. As we were leaving, other members of their staff congratulated us and wished us well. Definitely a classy operation! John again went over all the bells and whistles, paired up my cell phone, and sent us on our way. Ive purchased many vehicles over the years, of different makes and models from several dealerships, but I honestly believe that Prince Frederick Ford has the most friendly and knowledgeable staff over any of them. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car or truck in Southern Maryland. Five stars is all I can give them.......they really rate a 10!

On 10/12/2016, my check engine light (CEL) illuminated with only 1,400 miles on my new 2016 F150. The truck was still running, but seemed to be a little sluggish, so I called Prince Frederick Ford and scheduled warranty service the next day. Upon inspection, the tech reported a code of P2006, Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Closed Bank 1. Being a new truck, the service department believed that possibly an intake sensor could be defective. The service advisor ordered a replacement sensor, and Ford Engineering called the next morning to say the code is real because there is a group of 2016 F150 5.0L VIN numbers that made it through assembly with defective intake manifold assemblies. Engineering said instead of replacing the sensor, a new intake manifold assembly must be installed. The combination of my VIN and the sensor order triggered the alert in the system and prompted the call to my advisor. A new intake manifold was shipped and installed under warranty by Prince Frederick Ford (only a 3-day turnaround). The truck is running great... actually better than new! I greatly appreciate the coordination between Prince Frederick Ford Service and Ford Engineering to troubleshoot, identify and very quickly repair my new truck. The service advisor (Natalie), was extremely professional. She personally worked diligently to coordinate the repairs in a timely manner, and kept me updated regularly about the status of both the troubleshooting and repairs.

When we Walked into Prince Frederick Ford we were not greeted at all , not even a hello, because everyone was talking or too busy on their phone (note: we were the only customers in the building). Then when shown cars the lady we got (Note:she never introduced herself but I know she is new to the area and from Florida) did not know any knowledge on cars or her invintory. She had us walk around the entire lot for one truck and it was nothing that we asked to look at. She also had to ask for help for information on vehicles when it was presented on the screen in front of her and we pointed out the information she was asking by looking at the computer screen. The information she gave about the vehicle being noisy and made up stories as to why it was making noises to my boyfriend who is a master technician and called her out on her lies and stories. The vehicle was making a knocking noise and running rough and she told us it just needs an alignment and she said she knows what she is talking about because she worked in a collision center for 6 years. I do not recommend Prince Frederick Ford and had the worst experience.

Found my new car that was a year old; the older gentleman, John, was an awesome salesman. Really took care of me. If youre a female and never purchased a car in your life on your own, youll run into salesmen who arent caring and wanna take all your dollars and even bust you out bc you found the car w/great price on internet. Must have been in his 30s but said to me...you believe everything you see on the internet? I told him...you are definitely not the sales man for me! Cant believe he works there but there is a wolf hiding out where ever you go.....but THIS guy that I wrote from the web, took the time to care where I was coming from, in my lifes timeline and ensured the car and the price was a good fit for me. To boot, he said Im glad you brought that pic from the internet! I highly recommend to all my friends.

Awesome service; great experience buying a pre-owned car. We were contacted by Brian after an internet request. We had an appointment for the following Saturday. We quickly narrowed our choice down to a 2013 Ford Fusion. Beautiful car! Brian and the entire staff were great to work with. They were all very professional and friendly with absolutely no pressure. They wanted us to be comfortable and pleased with our purchase...which we were! They worked hard to find financing that suited us. The whole process was very quick and we were on our way. We have now purchased vehicles recently at this dealership on both the new and pre-owned sides and highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.

Anyone looking to purchase a new or used car, I highly suggest Prince Frederick Ford. We just moved to the area so we have visited many dealerships looking for the perfect vehicle and a good trade in price on our previous car. We drove by the dealership and on a whim decided to stop in. We were pleasantly surprised at their professionalism. They were not pushy at all and gave us an excellent above market value on our trade. I am a Realtor in the sales profession myself and I was blown away by their business model and professionalism. Gary was a sales representative, but everyone was extremely helpful.

They were quite helpful in helping us locate the vehicle we were looking for and letting us test drive it immediately. We got a quote on how much we would need to finance and left afterwards without anyone pressuring us to buy it on the spot. Returned the next day to give them our answer and within a few hours we were able to drive the car off the lot. Everyone was so nice and informative and the financial department was able to give us a payment plan we could afford that our own bank wouldnt have been able to give us, without breaking our wallet! Love how patient they were with us!

Went in a few weeks ago to test drive a car as I needed to get a family car. I wanted to look at the Tarus SHO but was thankfully steered away (too big of a car). I worked with John, he brought me to the Fusion. I took it for a spin and liked it. They didnt have one I wanted on the lot so John set out looking for one. I sent in a few configuration options I wanted. Once he had found one, it took a little time, he called and I swung in for a looksee. Once driving the sport model I feel in love. After that it was a very quick transaction in terms of processing. Would highly recommend!
