I took my car here for some body damage and front end work. Tony (the owner) had my car for over two months for this work. I had to keep calling and stopping by to check the progress and every day it was something different on why it was not ready. Then once he said it was ready and I went to pick the car up, drove off the lot and the alignment wasnt done. Had to take the car back two days later only for him to keep it for another two days. A week later my alignment was off again. Took it back for the third time and he kept it again for a few days. Week later my axle breaks and my ball joint is knocked loose. I refused to take my car back there. Went to another mechanic to find out he never replaced a subframe, it was bent, that he was paid to replace. So the axle breaking and my alignment constantly coming loose was due to the fact that the subframe was bent which meant the alignment could not be done properly so the axle was forced into the subframe. This was October 2015 that I finally got my car back. He offered to get me a new subframe but I would have to have someone else put it on because he was so "backed up" and here it is July 2016 and I have not received my subframe from him as of yet.

I needed a fairly large repair of the rear corner of my mini cooper and Amir and his shop were able to do a very nice looking repair in within few days. They were very kind and responsive. I ended up saving several hundred dollars going with them since they paid my insurance deductible.
