IVE DECIDED TO PUT MY EXPERIENCE OUT THERE TO WARN OTHERS OF WHAT COULD HAPPEN WHEN DEALING WITH BRYANT MOTORSPORTS. I PURCHASED A 2ND CAR FROM THEM IN DEC 2016. MY 1ST EXPERIENCE MANY YEARS AGO WAS OK BUT THIS TIME THEY SOLD ME A LEMON AND DID NOTHING TO FIX IT! I HAD THE CAR 3 MONTHS BEFORE FINDING OUT JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING NEEDED WORK AND IT WOULD COST THOUSANDS TO FIX ALL THE REPAIRS THAT WERE NEEDED. AFTER BEING BROKEN DOWN FOR SEVERAL WEEKS, I CALLED AND ASKED THEM TO COME TOW THE VEHICLE BECAUSE I COULDNT INVEST ANYMORE TIME OR MONEY INTO A CAR THAT I COULDNT EVEN DRIVE. I WAS SURPRISED TO FIND OUT THE ONLY THING THEY WERE WILLING TO DO TO HELP FIX THE REPAIRS WAS TO OFFER ME A PAYMENT PLAN ON TOP OF THE RIDICULOUS CAR PAYMENT I WAS ALREADY PAYING. THEY MADE LIGHT OF ALL THE PROBLEMS AND HAD NO CARE IN THE WORLD THAT THEY TREATED ME SO UNFAIRLY. WHEN I CALLED A DAY OR TWO LATER AFTER THEY TOWED IT TO THEIR LOT, NOT ONLY WAS I TOLD ABOUT THE "PAYMENT PLAN" BUT ALSO THAT A NEW BATTERY WAS PUT IN AND THE CAR STARTED BUT NOTHING ELSE WOULD BE REPAIRED UNTIL IT WAS CERTAIN I WAS KEEPING THE CAR AND THE MONTHLY PAYMENT WAS PAID. SO, EVEN THOUGH THE PROBLEMS WERE CLEARLY EXPOSED TO THE DEALERSHIP, THIS PLACE WASNT EVEN PLANNING TO FIX THE CAR FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER?!!!!!!! NOPE. SO GOD BLESS THE NEXT PERSON TO PURCHASE THAT CAR. IT DOESNT SEEM LEGAL OR ETHICAL TO DO SOMEONE SO WRONG. I UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN, USED CARS ARE RISKY AND ARE BOUND TO NEED REPAIRS ALONG THE WAY. IM NOT AN UNREASONABLE PERSON, IN FACT, IM USUALLY A PRETTY PASSIVE PERSON BUT THIS REALLY UPSET ME BECAUSE TRANSPORTATION IS A NECESSITY IN MY LIFE AND I HAD A FEW THOUSAND INVESTED INTO THIS CAR. TO FIND OUT THAT I WAS GOING TO LOSE MY ONLY TRANSPO IF I DIDNT AGREE TO PAY FOR ALL THESE REPAIRS WAS DEVASTATING. I CHOSE TO LET IT GO AND DEAL WITH THE OVERWHELMING HASSLES THAT I KNEW WOULD ARISE FROM NOT HAVING A VEHICLE. ITS BEEN A STRUGGLE FOR SURE BUT IM GLAD IM NOT BEING RIPPED OFF OF ANYMORE MONEY. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE. ITS A 50/50 CHANCE WITH THE CONDITION OF THE CARS AND IF LUCK ISNT ON YOUR SIDE....WELP, THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR YOU.

Dont buy a car from a dealership that also runs a junkyard.. Right around the corner at 718 virginia ave. Is bryant motorsports parts barn.. This is their sister company. They repair the vehicles they sell with worn detoriated used auto parts from their nearby junkyard. They will install used spark plugs on a dealership car, instead of buying a new set, thats just one exampe. I know first hand i am a former employee, i left due to another employee stealing my tools, they did nothing to remedy this situation for me. thats another story, point blank. This is not the place to spend your money or make your money., whether its the dealership or the junkyard.You will lose in the end. They do not take care of their customers or their employees. All the owner cares about is what money he will make, the typical behavior of a greedy,careless, and selfish buisness owner. If you want piece of overpriced worn out junk put together with junk, or you want an overpriced worn out engine or transmission that will likely fail a week or less after installation, then this place is for you, consumers you have been warned.

Bought a 2004 Tahoe 3 years ago ive never had a problem with this vehicle other than regular wear it had 158000 miles now it has 269000 on it it still runs strong im looking forward to buying another dependable truck or car from Bryant motorsports this july 2017

Bought a car from there a while back, didnt even make it to 6 months before it croaked. So much money was put in to the car trying to fix it until I just gave up . I can see why its only a 90 day warranty . Lemon Lot!!!
