Terrible customer service; I came in to do a return and the gentleman at the register was kind enough to tell me that returns are done at guest services. I walked over and waited in line, only two people at the register but 4 behind the counter not one offered to help or tell me theyd be just a minute. When one register opened up I walked up to it and the girl just looked at me and said "sorry have to go," shut off her light and walked off. That still left 3 other people behind the counter, one with a customer and 2 just standing there having a conversation again not saying a word to me and not offering any sort of assistance. I dont normally shop at Gordmans and just simply wanted to return a gift, but Id rather keep the duplicated gift than have to go back. Again, terrible service but I guess thats retail.

They are not like the other discount chains. They carry a lot of home items, plus full accessories department, and full line in mens, young mens, big and tall, all of kids clothing, misses, plus and juniors. Merchandise is always changing and they get it from manufacturers. Not just one size here or there in clothing. Fragrances are not outdated like what you would get from other discount places.

We love this store! Great prices, great selection. You wont find staff walking around often to see if you need help but we prefer it that way, if we need help we will go find someone.

Very nice staff. There wasnt any staff in the fitting rooms. I had a question for them. But I went to the front and found crystal and she helped me alot.

The service was highly terrible... They never have sales and they lost a product we just bought after they bagged it... Worst store ever -1 customer...
