They are nothing but the thieves. I made a layaway purchase 3 months prior. Transaction was cancelled due to better sales offer at a competitor retailer. Once cancelled they are delaying far too out of reasonable time to have our refunded money that was paid. Dont do any layaway purchase here. Their sales are truly not the best. To retrieve your money in a similar situation, you may have to do a small claims court lawsuit. Management is terrible. They dont even know how to contact upper management to resolve any issues like this. They also act as idiots and say they cant find any layaway proof, despite me having provided all documents including checks paid proof. They cant even retrieve data showing delivery or no delivery of a product.

Terrible bad experience on Dec. 26 at around 11:00. My son paid at register, and he didnt know that the price wasnt right (4 times higher). When we returned to get it right and refunded, we felt the mistake was on our side, and we were just disturbing them. One tall guy, in his 50s, bald head, small glasses, should get some anger management training, and learn being just courteous with customers. Saying "what do you want" just isnt enough. The lady at register would have been nice to apologize when she finally found out the mistake was on her (store) side. And guys at SEARS, if you want people to queue in line at your 2 registers, just indicate CLEARLY, rather than letting employees saying the same thing over and over.

Bought a new washer and dryer, they didnt bring the right parts to install them, rescheduled me for a week later with the correct parts. Showed up the next week and before I could answer the guard house call (after they were already 30 minutes late from their scheduled time), they said we cant wait here (after 2 minutes) and left the parts. I immediately called and got in touch with their dispatch, who told me it was too late in the day for them to come back and want me to reschedule for another week. F*** Sears, I will never do business with them again. Driver should be fired. If I had an employee who was so inept they would be fired on the spot.

Whilst on holidays in Vegas we ordered a small camera for my son and sd card for pickup.... Unfortunately there was a delay... We went to the store and they took our details and promised they would send it to him...now they wont honour this, they cancelled the order...so disappointed... Have tried for weeks phoning the store.. No-one will pick up... And the online chat just keeps saying no to delivery... Feel so let down...

Was shopping here on black friday and the electronics guy turned away everyone in his line who did not have electronics.... There was no one left waiting to purchase electronics but he would not any of the other people who he had let wait for twenty minutes already... very rude and understaffed store.

Worst store in the world. The manager, Michelle is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. She should not work in retail as even a cart pusher. Stay away from this place and you will be better off for it.
