BEWARE!! Furniture looks great at a great price. SARA Collection Furniture is NOT a great quality. The furniture (sofa) will last about 6 month at regular use before u have an issue. Customer Service (when they answer) will tell you they will pick it up for repair, but chances are they never set the delivery after they give you a date. You will have several more issues, and although it is "still under warranty" the fix will be sloppy, they will procrastinate to get it fix. My furniture has been fixed several times and its still broke. The "extended warranty" will not cover A LOT of scenarios, so be careful what you tell them, and they will not cover unless the warranty is over. JENNIFER from customer service will rarely note your account when you call for service or request. She had told me twice a date of service. Only to find out after I get my days off from work that she didnt schedule the delivery or the "home service" to stitch the furniture. Stitching was done in a very sloppy manner by someone they sent (it got un-stitched in January, so lasted about 4 months). In SAMANTHA, Jennifers supervisor, seem to work with more ethic and respect. I believe shes the most qualified in customer care because she does get things done in a timely manner. This past January one of the legs base broke, leaving the sofa inclined to the side (mind you I rarely sit there since Im a flight attendant and Im not home a lot). She tried to perform an exchange of my discontinued, damaged, low quality furniture but her manager DID NOT authorized it, knowing the issues Ive had. Her name is SARA. Sara is extremely rude and will have no kind of compassion or manners. Samantha politely offered me to talk to her see if the lady would change her mind. By far, the worst customer service manager I have seen in my life. Not because she didnt exchange it, but the HORRIBLE ATTITUDE she had. She answered my call after 2 voicemail of 2 different days unanswered, questioning me why do I have to contact her and "Well, you get what you paid for..." Since Jan of 2017 Ive had to made a total of 33 calls between calling to have my furniture picked up and attempting to schedule the delivery of it, and get my ottoman fixed too. They came to pick up the sectional but they said the ottoman was not on the invoice. That was over 2 weeks ago. Now, they have agreed to pick it up when they deliver the section. Well see... BEL Furniture is the WORST furniture company. Im not exaggerating, you will not be happy. Theres a reason it is rated low. I never saw myself rating this company and certainly not this low. I wasnt concern about the rating because I figured people would only review negative comments. But I was wrong.
BEL Furniture delivered me damaged merchandise. I set up an appointment to get undamaged merchandise sent to my house. The day before this appointment they called to confirm. They told me I would be given a time window on the day of ( which means you have to keep your whole day free). The next day I hadnt heard from them so I called. They told me they had called me twice to cancel. They then essentially called me a liar, and continually said that they had called me this morning to cancel..which even if they had was unprofessional ( canceling a delivery on the day of). I spoke to the Sugar Land manager, Danny. He told me he would find out why the delivery was canceled and to email him a detailed report. So I emailed him. He never responded. I called the next day and spoke to "another manager" named, Shadow she scheduled a delivery for yesterday ( 1 week from this convo). She assured me that the delivery would arrive that day and undamaged. The day came and the delivery men called at 8am and said that they would be there in 30 mins( so much for a heads up?). They arrived and interrogated me about the damage on the item. I told them it was all in the email. They responded by saying they never read it. Upon answering all their questions and showing them the merchandise. They said, "oh well the one in the truck is broken too". I asked them why they would bring broken merchandise to a delivery and they got defensive. They started saying the drawers where "child locked" which is why they only opened from weird angles. I told them I knew that was a lie and they handed me a phone with customer service on the line. The lady was rude and essentially told me that she needed to let the drivers leave and they couldnt help me today. I tried calling customer service again and was told they would call me today ( which they never did). Shadow called me and expressed how sorry she was and offered me $100 "compensation" for the nearly $3,000 dollar set we bought. I told her that was an insulting offer, because after everything we had been through that $100 didnt even cover delivery costs. She proceeded to call me "ungrateful" and told me to calm down because I had no reason to be this upset. I told her she was acting unprofessional and she told me I think everything is unprofessional. She told me she had other customers to focus on. So being upset, I told her that I would tell all my friends and any customer I can not to shop there because no customer should have to go through this type of trouble. She then told me she was going to call the cops on me. So i told she was welcome to do that and hung up.
They will supply the left over if you buy Black Friday or Cyber Monday Deal,Costmer service is even worst than Comcast cable never been respect even in your E mail they will write you a spam spam spam. I bought living bed room anf faimly room furniture all the fur niture either damage and my order was change been refuse to gave same item and returning all the order.Day og Black Friday Room To Go was full with the clients and Bel was empty even they have free draw on Black Friday. I will rate Bel Furniture Minus 5 Star. Never Buy Any Item form Here,Otherwise buying a problem.
you can not buy anything from here .they try make you got wrong of the item ,I buy the table set from that company .and they give me the wrong one .and told me is the right one .on newspaper they said marble top.but when I take it to my house open it ,is look like marble top .i try to talk with them ,they said ,you can Ktake it back ,but 25% off ,what wrong on this company,that no my wrong ,how they can do it like that,help help help .hope they can no sale anything,

Overall Good experience I ordered my furniture directly in person..I was told I will have it by friday wich I did however communication slacked..I had to call to confirm my merchandise was there but it was and what I had ordered...so no major complaints happy with furniture and Got what I wanted..
Horrible customer service. I ordered an item off line and had to call to get a pickup date and location. I was givin the wrong address twice along with being hung up on. Once at the warehouse it took 45 minutes to locate my items ... Definitely wont be spending any more money with Bel Furniture.
