BAD CHINA PRODUCT DONT BUY HERE ONCE YOU SIGN THERE ORDER IT SAYS THERE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY BAD PRODUCT AND CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BACK YOU UP AS PER THERE CREDITCARD AGREEMENT. I PURCHASED $3,453.82 IN PORCELAIN TILE FROM THIS MERCHANT AND WHEN WE OPENED THE BOXES AND STARTED TO LAY DOWN IT WAS IN ALL DIFFERENT SHADES. MERCHANT WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK. FAUGHT WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET A FULL CREDIT AND AT THE END CREDIT CARD COMPANY SAID BASED ON THERE PURCHASE ORDER YOU SIGN IT COVERS THEM FOR ANY RETURNS FOR BAD PRODUCT OF ANY KIND , CHIPPED BROKEN CRACKED OR COLOR DISCOLORATION. THEY TOLD ME THIS PRODUCT WAS FROM ITALY AND THEN WHEN I PUT IN MY CLAIM FOR FULL RETURN THEY SAID CHINA WAS NOT MAKING ANY MORE AND NO CREDIT OR EXCHANGES. BUYER BEWARE GO TO ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY YOU PAY A LITTLE MORE BUT WILL BACK UP THERE PRODUCT. I DELT WITH OWNER JOSE AND HE NEVER EVEN TOOK THE TIME OUT TO COME AND SEE BAD PRODUCT AT OUR CONDO. WE HAD TO REPURCHASE NEW PORCELAIN TILE AT ANOTHER LOCATION. AND WILL FILE SUIT SHORTLY TO TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

We visited Stonicas showroom last weekend and came back this week to finalize the purchase of the tiles for our homes renovation project. Barbie, who attended to us, was very professional and patient as we discussed with her our preferences as far as style, colors, type, etc. Although our order would probably be the smallest one of the week for Stonica, Barbie took care of us as if we were renovating an entire mansion. From the showroom we drove to the warehouse (just a couple of blocks away) to pick up our order. Another pleasant experience. The guys at the warehouse were friendly and professional as they brought and placed the tiles onto our truck. We were very happy to have selected Stonica for our tile purchase and would recommend them without hesitation. Since most customers only write comments or call back when they have complaints, we thought it would be good to give Barbie and the staff at Stonica a "high-five" for their attention!
