Had to hold for nearly 10 minutes. During the hold the on hold "music" was so loud that it was basically just distortion. Not sure what is wrong with the phone system or the management but its completely intolerable. Maybe they do not want calls? Obviously, noone from that store has called the store number on their cellphone and had to endure that auditory raping. Its really bad. Publix in Pompano Beach on Cypress road is the same way except they play the music like that inside the store. I guess the generation that grew up with headphones and ipads and boom boxes glued to their ears has grown up and now works in all these places...controlling the volume to adjust to their deafness.

We usually go to this location every other weekend. Todays experience was the worst. The only positive interaction was with Tracy at the customer service desk. She requested assistance for outdoor fencing a few times. We spent over an hour in the store waiting for assistance to place a special order only to find out the item was not in Home Depots system. There was a product in the system but the employee helping us was not knowledgeable of the product, therefore could not help us. While we were waiting several employees walked past and no one asked if we were being helped or needed help. The staff showed no respect for our time or money. Extremely disappointed.

I needed plywood cut I waited 45 min for someone to come. There was a nice guy in hardware that walked around looking for someone but no one was to be found. He asked a lady walking to call someone she wanted nothing to do with me and preceded to tell me they dont cut lil stuff. When I know for a fact they cut just about anything except for under 2 foot. Then when I finally gave up the guys cam walking in the front door asking me if I needed it cut. Im very in happy about my experience here and will no longer be giving my business to them.

Its another amazingly unimpressive home depot. I think this is the first time I actually checked out with out a word being said to me about anything. Not even hello or goodbye. They had what I needed and unfortunately I dont have much choice. I am at a home depot 4 -5 times a week. Still havent found a 5 star store.

Great customer service. Went in to get supplies for a small home improvement project and four seperate people asked me if I needed help and two different people explained exactly what to do to repair what I was repairing. All the times Ive been here checkout has also been quick, never more than 2 people in line.

I was loading some scaffold in front of the tiny rental section door. First nobody offer to help to unload from the car and then after the door open employee outside saw me having difficulty to pass thru and did nothing to help. I thought what happen if I damage the door or the opener? Oh! Yeh I can help myself.

Extremely wonderful staff. Im in a wheel chair and I came with my aged mother in a wheelchair to this home depot. The staff surrounded us and helped us with everything we needed. One employee even babysat with my mother while the other 2-3 employees took me around to get what I needed.

Extremely rude employees. I walked in and was told that I could make a copy of my key myself at their kiosk. So I proceeded to do so, but another associate walked up to me scolding me saying Im not supposed to do that and that I was doing everything wrong. Very demeaning.

I came here once to get these knobs and plastic boards for my Father. This worker helped me find everything and made things way easier for me. That was my only time there, but I thought their customer service was fantastic.

This store is horrible. Just horrible. Once again I wasted a trip here. After checking their app to make sure what I wanted was in stock, I then found out upon arriving that neither item was in stock.
