worst experience ever in the service department. Made an appointment to have an oil change, tire rotation, and firmware update on my car radio. Get there and they change the oil and rotate the tires and try to return the car to me without the firmware update. So when I question them about i t they say they forgot and Ill have to leave the car with them for the rest of the day in order to have it updated. So I leave the car at the dealership and have the shuttle bring me home. I get a call about 4 1/2 hours later tell me my car is ready but I am running an errand in my other car at this time so I tell them I will call them back in order for the shuttle to come pick me up. I then attempted to call them back at which time I am placed on hold for 15 minutes and no one ever picks up on the other end. So I manage to get a ride to the dealership with a friend to retrieve my vehicle and when I get there they hand me my keys. I then drive off thinking everything has been completed until I drive across the street and the same message on my radio pops up about the update, mind you this was one of the reasons I took there in the first place pops up. So I turn back around and go back to the dealership and show them where they have updated the unit as requested so the service writer then gets the tech who worked on it and they cant figure out how to update the unit. So now I have to wait on them to contact Toyota to figure out how to update m y radio system. This has been a true inconvenience being that I wasted a whole day waiting on them to update the radio in my car and they still did not accomplish it.

I cant say enough about the service I received from Doug Sanders last Friday. I told him I needed something with good MPG that I could fit in (Im quite tall) and he showed me a RAV4. Springhill was the 4th dealership I visited last week in search of a good car and deal. None of the other three matched the service or price of Springhill. The price we started at was better than the price I had negotiated down to at another dealership! Folks at Springhill Toyota were all engaging and friendly and made me feel like I was working with them. Doug took time to show me how to use features in the car AFTER hed closed the deal, put in the floor mats himself because the folks who usually did had gone home (it was kind of late), and noticed something that was missing and made a point to request it and is mailing it to me. The day after I got the car he called with an update on the thing that was missing (the manual) and to ask if I had any questions at all. Hes said several times I can call about anything related to the car and I believe him. Doug and the folks at Springhill Toyota made me want to do business with them. If I am ever in the market again I would definitely call Doug first, though I suspect Ill be driving this car for a long time before that!

My elderly mother went to this dealership to trade a 2011 Camry (top model-given lowest possible trade in allowance they could) for a 2015 RAV4. The salesman and the business manager took advantage of her. They did not discount the Rav4 at all, added every imaginable warranty, service contract, maintenance contract, and gap contract available along with other "protection" features. They also charged her 3.99% interest on her loan without offering the 60 months interest free. After the fact, I asked if there was any way to get a lower interest rate and was told absolutely not. The official website offers an interest free 60 months. I had them take off the added contracts but they bald face lied about the interest rate. Do not do business with this dealership...........they will take advantage of you any way they can find. Not an honest company. I am happy to report that Springhill Toyota management has done a wonderful job of rectifying this situation. We have solved the interest rate issue and, I believe, to everyones satisfaction. Thank you Mr. Tal Vickers. I appreciate all your help.
Salesman Leonard Strandford by far is one of the best salesman at Springhill Toyota. Mr. Stradford is always full of laughter and conversation, but most of all Mr. Leonard Stradford is a caring and honest salesman. I have recently bought my second vehicle from Springhill Toyota with the guidance, patiences and knowledge not just for cars but for people. If I could say anything else about Mr. Stradford it would be I truly thank God for him and the time he takes to help you. Even when he has several customers Mr. Stradford has a way of making you feel you are the main customer. If you need a person who is honest, caring, patient and knowledgeable and takes honor in serving stop by and see Mr. Leonard Stradford you cant miss him, just look for the guy with a big smile speaking and greeting everyone, that would be Mr. Stradford. A Toyota dealer where you dont have to make an appointment for an oil change or be told "were too busy for you" like on the Eastern Shore. I make the drive from Daphne to get the occasional dealer service performed here. Its a shame that Eastern Shore Toyota cannot seem to fit an oil change service in until days..alomst a week in advance; however, this dealership, as well as others, are able to accommodate me just fine for quick in and out jobs that take 1 hour or less. I cannot fathom why the ivory palace across the bay cannot perform the simplest of tasks without all the hassle. Guess routine service is not a good enough money maker for some. This is a smaller dealership with less formaility and provides a better, easier experience.
Ive worked with Jeff Beal at Springhill Toyota on more than one occasion to buy a new vehicle. He listens to what I tell him regarding what I am looking for as well as my budget. On more than one occasion he has successfully led me to the very vehicle I had in mind at the right price. The financial department and team work seamlessly to get me in the car and out the door. I can say that I will definitely return to Springhill Toyota for any future car purchases. But I am certain that wont be anytime soon. I just purchased a beautiful Sienna Van and have every intention of putting 200K miles or more on it. This is my 4th new Toyota in 20 years. They are built to last and every one has been a totally dependable car.
1 review 4.0 star rating 5/9/2016 I purchased my SR5 4Runner from Springhill Toyota from a salesman named Shayan and I cant even begin to butcher his last name, but the purchase was a well rounded experience. I did get a little trouble during negotiations and shayan did have to get his manager involved, which made it a little intimidating, but they accepted a fair offer and got me a better rate than my bank. Shayan did take the time to teach me a whole bunch of stuff that the nav system can do, and apparently had in my previous vehicle and was never taught how to use, one we finished they filled my vehicle off and we were on our way, although they do send a bunch of spam mail now,
