Hello. I wanted to share a perfect vehicle buying experience, as everyone that has made a large investment knows it can be stressfull and not fun.This was not not the case with these guys. I drove onto the lot and there were so many nice preowns on the lot, I started looking and did not have a salesman coming running and trying to push a quick sale. Chris Christenson approached me with a smile and a proffesional attitude and welcomed my presence on the lot. I got the info I needed on the trucks that I was interested and ready to test drive, when he said keys are in it, just drive take all time you need. I was able to test drive hassle free and not pressured into any buys. When I found the truck that met my lifestyle they were willing to finance.They were super great on helping meet my financial needs and even let me take the truck home overnight while process finalized. LITTLE did they know this was my first time buying and i was so worried it would be stressfull. I drove off the lot a super happy man, in my 2011 chevrolet silverado, less than 100,000 mile Z71. When i got it back to hotel, it stormed overnight. Woke up to a moisture covered headlight, apparently there was a pinhole in the headlight assembly and I needed to be going back home to East Tn. I called Joe Noles and told him what happened, without question he called and ordered an entire new headlight assembly for truck. Being that I live across the state and they could have easily told me to kick rocks, He did not. Fine Christian man and small town home morals. You do not find those qualities in dealerships anymore or salesmen. THANK YOU Joe and Chris, and shout out to their detail man, Adam , you guys made my day dreams a reality and looking good doing it.
