"BUYER BEWARE" This is the worst jewelry store I have a been in my life, as I walk into the door I was judge by the way I looked, I was wearing jeans baseball cap and a T-shirt but I guess My skin color was not Welcome, everyone knows when you carry more than $20,000 in your pocket you dressed down to not call attention toward yourself, I was ignore several times, until a older sweet lady from New York tried to help me, as we deal for two Rolex watches the owner Steve came out with the worst attitude in the world as he look at me with discuss and disbelieve as to how I have that much money in cash, not knowing that Im a gov employee that flips houses on the side and breaks his back for what he has and treats everyone with respect, he start to insult all the jewelry stores in the mall saying that they sell fake products and watches and hes the only one that has the best product in the best watches because hes been there for 25 years, as hes attitude increased I got discussed by his customer service I walked away shaking my head in disbelieve on how is hes been open for 25 years, I went down to another store where the service was good and even tho I payed over $500 I was treated with respect and with better watch and warrantee I gave it one star for the lady

I went to this store because I was told it was an pandora store. I was buying a ring for my girlfriend and told the woman that I would be leaving town and wasnt sure if the ring would fit. The woman reassured me I would be able to resize or exchange at any pandora store. I went to Tallahassee to give the ring to my girlfriend and it was too big so we decided to go to another store to resize or exchange the ring. After 2 employees and 3 phones calls I was told that the sawgrass store was not part of the pandora franchise and theres nothing I can do unless I go to the original store. Im disappointed because now I either have to drive 6 hours to exchange the ring then drive back or pay to get the ring resized. They also referred me to a third party place where when I called they told me pandora had a lot of return issues and offered to resize at a discounted rate. I would have never thought a company like pandora would give me so many issues. Its just like any other sketchy jewelry store now. Lesson learned!

I absolutely LOVE Pandora.... SADLY this store is terrible. Starting with their obviously rude and unprofessional staff, the last two times I went and purchased my Pandora items I felt so rushed to buy and leave not to mention what horrible customer service was also given. I gave the store a second chance when I went in for my second purchase after the awful experience I had on Mothers day but there was no difference. The woman who attended me was sarcastic and disgustingly rude. Also when I asked if they offer the cleaning for bracelets she was extremely impolite and laughed in my face! I do not recommend anyone to this location, the location in Pembroke Gardens is AMAZING! Wonderful service and highly professional unlike this sad little store. Shame on you Pandora of Sawgrass!!!!!!! I will never come back here nor will I even look at the store.

I have been to Pollack Jewelers in the Sawgrass Mills Mall many times. Florida is my favorite vacation spot and this store is one of the reasons. I LOVE jewelry... Pandora, watches, all of it. The employees have been wonderfully helpful. Every single one of them makes me feel like I am family and they have known me forever. I have even called on the phone and ordered things from them because I know I can trust them and dont like to go anywhere else. I live in Utah.

I brought a Pandora charm as a Christmas present for my mother here and when she opened it for Christmas there was nothing in the sealed bag. I went to the store and requested to speak to a manager. when i was done explaining what had happened he just stared at me and laughed in my mothers face continuously. The amount of disrespect i experienced was totally unbelievable. This so called "manager" should be fired! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT SHOP HERE !!

I went to buy a watch for my husband and needed up buying pandora as well for my mom. Great customer service, I had such an amazing experience with my purchase. They have an extraordinary amount of high-end watches, any type of jewelry you need from earrings to rings, necklaces, bracelets, you name it. Very well organized store. Will definitely come back and buy my gifts here ♥♥♥

Randomly dropped by this store while I was browsing Sawgrass Mills Mall. I inquired about different watches that were in my price range. Even though I didnt purchase anything. The staff was very helpful in enlightening me about the various brands that they carried.

Horrible service. Return policy is unclear and non-existent which they fail to mention BEFORE you buy a charm. If you try to go to another Pandora, they will not accept it because apparently pollack jewelers have charms thats dont apply to other Pandora stores

I took one of my watches in here to get a replacement band. What was I thinking, why would I trust a jeweler in a mall. The band they said would fit did not. He bent the pin and spent 10 minutes or so banging on my watch. I dont recommend this place.

Hoorible experience. I was disrespect by the workers comments at the pandora corner. I went to get charms and the worker made a comment which made me just leave inmidiately. No respect or costumer service at all!

While vacationing in Florida I came across this jewelry store and had the great pleasure of meeting Steve. He sold me a wonderful Rolex Submariner at a fantastic price. Highly suggest visiting this store.
