Fantastic staff! And I LOVE that they have the animals outside is their cages to socialize and just to explore the world, like they should! Staff were wondering around with lizards and birds on their shoulders, offering us to do the same with them. And thats how I just got a bearded dragon from them along with a heck of a deal for a set up, even cheaper then online. Hes a sweet and calm little guy thats been handled and played with so much that he does not squirm, hes not afraid of people and he loves to be pet. Its rare when you find a store/staff that treats animals as this place does, along with the hygiene and cleanliness of everything. Ive never written a review but these guys deserved a shout out. Thank you for the addition to my family!

EXCELLENT STORE! They always have great deals, prices and coupons! I just had my two dogs groomed there and they did a wonderful job! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help when needed! They have wide varieties of dog food, cat food, small animal food, etc. during the day they even have the animals hanging out with people, they have a bird named CJ that is typically out of his cage! Hes so friendly, and so are all the animals there. THEY EVEN HAVE KITTENS. They keep the cats in this large community room for people to go in and play with them, its actually wonderful! There are always people there to help out and its just a fantastic store!

Awesome vibe in this local store. Feels very spacious almost too big when you first walk in, but then you start dealing with the staff as I have multiple times now that I am a frequent customer. The manager I believe his name is Travis is top-notch and remembers my name however I am tough at remembering names. The selection is mind-boggling and the customer service is better than I have experienced at my local Chuck and Dons. After my wife and I have both shopped at this location we will be going nowhere else. Keep up the great work, your love for Animals shows. Staff and management are everything!

Pet supplies is a nice place with a good selection. its a bit pricey and thats why its not my first choice for dog food. On top of that it seems the grooming section is raising their prices a bit. However the self service dog wash is phenomenal and I would recommend it to anyone who doesnt mind washing their dog themselves. having my pup come home fully dry and not needing to pay someone else to do it for me is an amazing compromise!

Staff is knowledgeable to an extent, Im assuming based on training but they dont know much on the specifics. Decent selection of items at a good price, but specifically the snake we bought from here was being underfed, and the instructions on what to feed snakes we were provided with said to feed it an amount that is actually less than what they need. Other than that we return here for supplies and frozen rats

Friendly helpful staff who genuinely like animals and care about our pets needs... cute pup mascots and shop cats are always fun to visit (cats are adoptable)...were picky about how we want to get our dog groomed and Amber the groomer always happily deciphers what we mean by dont make him ugly... frozen mice available so I dont have to make a special trip for our snake. Our go to local pet shop.

They have great deals and just about anything you need there. Its a very friendly, warm, and welcoming environment! I would highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus!

Basic, but not a bad store - if your shopping for pet food. The store is clean and new, but they have no selection. The basics is about it. Focused on little dogs, or at least it seemed that way. The was no selection for my dog. He would of snapped, broke through, or busted anything they had as merchandise. (2 stars)

We went with our two dogs and found everything we needed with the help of the staff. Also got our puppies nails trimmed, which was cheaper than other stores and no appointment or wait. Bones and raw hides were cheaper than another store we frequent. Overall loved everything about it.

Rachel, the dog trainer, is very knowledgeable on tips and tricks of how to keep you and your dog safe while being able to enjoy your walks. The team of employees are very welcoming and willing to assist you in finding all you need for your animal family members!

Ive always been greeted with smiles when we come in. My dog loves going there to get groomed and they have even managed to fit me in last minute a few times which is huge for me considering Newfoundlands are no easy grooming job.
