While I did receive my money back and very pleased with that, I feel its necessary to share my experience. We have been taking my dog to the Kearney location (this was his third time) for a little bit now and have always used the same groomer. This past saturday he was "squeezed in." Thats not a problem as we were told he would probably be there for quite awhile. An hour later my husband got a call to pick him up. My dog is a shih tzu, so their eyes do get quite goopy. I understand that completely. However, this time the groomer took his hair down to skin around his eye. I took pictures immediately. His skin was red and raw and bothering him, as he kept pawing at it and whimpering. The next day it was an open wound. *and yes, Im sure he did scratch it since it was bothering him.* I finally was able to speak with someone today in regards to the issue. At first via facebook where I was told it was a mistake made and that her groomers always tell her or the customer what happened (my husband had no mention of this mistake that was made), and that she was sure the groomer just hadnt seen it...I then spoke with her on the phone where she laughed at me when I explained that if I made a mistake I would not be charging the person for said mistake. She told me she had no problem giving me my money back and that she would be speaking to the groomer. The fact that I was laughed at was the icing on the cake. This is not how you handle a paying customer. Not to mention, his hair cut was atrocious. We will NOT be returning to this establishment.

Dont take your pet here to get groomed. My dogs is a long haired dog and he was loosing his winter coat and I decided to get him shaved to maybe help with the shedding a bit. I wanted to leave his ears and tail kinda fluffy. But when he got home I was devastated. He looks awful. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Its choppy its like they shaved him except half of his neck and head. And where they did stop they didnt even blend it to the long hair they left. The price of $75.00 wouldnt be bad if they actually did a good job. Now Im going to have to pay more somewhere else for it to get fix it.

Thank God for All Pet Supplies! We have cats who managed to get fleas this Spring and I had no idea how to get rid of them. I called All Pet Supplies and Jan talked me through step by step on how to eliminate the issue. When I went into the store, she followed up by showing me each product and talking me through the best strategy on how to eradicate the situation. Thank you All Pet and Jan! Youre the best!!!!!!

this is the only place i go to get supplies for my dog. their prices are low. they have everything the other stores have and more. and they arent a "big box" store. the same ladies are always there and are happy to help.

I bring in my Weimaramer, Zoe. She & I love the great people who work here. I get Zoes nails cut here too. Its too difficult for me to do it myself. Bridgette (& everyone else) is always spoiling Zoe too with treats!!
