I purchased this vehicle on May 17, 2016 with the Used Car Mgr. Tim Tejo at the time had visited the dealership a month prior seeking a second vehicle which the day after my 2003 Mercedes was totaled. So at my end I went into USA Car Expo and spoke with Tim and he said OK I can help n I trusted him not to have me repeating the same incidents. Well, after I got the car home that evening I notice the front driver window and lock had issues I immediately called him and was told to bring the car back to see whats wrong its maybe just you need to use the key initially I took the car back and his porter/half way mechanic wasnt able to fix the issue I was told to use the warranty. Exactly one week later this car automatic light came on and car was to low to drive and at which time I called him and of course by now he seems like Im getting on his nerves and even stop replying to my text and calls. I went by the dealership he let me wait like for even and finally I went into his office and he told me I had to take it to a mechanic they didnt have one on property and I need to use my warranty. I called warranty company to find out it wasnt covered. I called Mr. Tim Tejo back and explained this and again he stop answering my calls so I went back to dealership. Again left sitting and waiting I took the car over to MPH Automotive Services they check car and said this is a suspension issues these front suspensions are losing air June 13,2016, less than a month of having the car. The owner of MPH spoke with Tim Tejo and they argued, because Tim Tejo was stating that is not the issue. So they send the vehicle to be checked and all the time Im asking for a loaner car oh no we dont do that so they mechanic say it was the suspension but however he didnt have the machine to reset suspension once work was done. So, Tim assist me in ordering the part on E bay motors with my CC and part went to they office I had to pay a mechanic Mr. Gerald at his shop Gerald Mobile Tech, having to have the car towed and no rental. again this is not even a month of having the car. Well once that was repaired car did it again on 6/25 after repaired on 6/17/2016, he checked it was the passenger side now, again ordered part from eBay motors and part was delivered directly to shop on 7/12 and repaired again I had to pay out of pocket for a rental in the sum of $498.00 to Enterprise. Please note all these pics of the examples of the issues I have had with is car. This car fell again Jun 28, 2016 , and please keep in mind the whole time im texting and calling Tim of the issues. This time i had car towed to USA Car Expo , now here;s the kicker the window that I stated had a problem the tow truck driver let it down and he would go back up please see pics of the car on flat bed with window down and it was raining. they again didnt do anything. I was we having it fixed and adding the fee onto the back of the deal. By now I saying look this car is no good just give me another car, you all have my $3000 down and i been working on the car and paying $471 car note.I pick up this car on Aug 12, and literally drive it 45 mins and the car was now lifted to high and was sitting off balance so Im riding down the road in a car that look like a hot rod from behind and on the ground in the front and I took pics and text Tim and said What the Hell , he laughed and said oh no just push the buttons in the car and drive it to reset. i did that car never did right so finally I had to go to AZ because Tim of course was giving me the run around. Again I asked just give me another car so that I can stop dealing with these issues well I was told by AZ we going to seat and talk Tim and I and I will let you know. Well they decided not to and to pick up the car and give me a loaner while trying to fix it. NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS CAR STILL A LEMON AND HAVE FILLED WITH BBB/LEMON LAW ACT AND KEN PAXTON ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE Ramon may want to get away from these ppl who doing really bad business.

How would I explain my experience at USA Car Expo? When it comes to talking to the Manager, Nothing but unprofessional. Went to check out a vehicle and test drive it and was pretty pleased in making the deal, however it came to my attention that the vehicle needed tires. When I brought this up to Tim Trejo I got nothing but what Im not going to do. I simply told Tim that my Credit union has approved the vehicle and that everything is a green light, the ONLY problem I have now is the tires, so either change the tires or take $500 off the vehicle and he did neither with a smarta** gesture. Not only that, he was trying to say I was doing something illegal while working out and discussing a potential deal. The only thing illegal here is the fees they charge to the customer when I requested the buyers order. $175 DEALER SERVICES Fee and a $175 Documentation Fee. I inquired about the Dealer Services fee and I was told its for Detailing the car, the car on the other hand wasnt really detailed well. The Engine bay was dusty and showed NO care to it. Regardless, NO ONE should be charged for detailing of a car that you dont even own. You should have taken that money and Put new tires on the vehicle instead. And the Documentation fee is just outrageous, I have visited other dealerships and The documentation fee NEVER exceeded $50 and it clearly says on the buyers order "The Documentation fee MAY NOT exceed a reasonable amount agreed to by the parties". Other than those negatives, Mr. Mario was the ONLY person there I thought was respectful and understanding and was WILLING to close the deal and meet ANY demands within reason. Mr. Tim on the other hand I found him unprofessional and in some cases bias and for that reason along with others, I walked away from the deal. You simply lost $10,000 and your commission over Tires, real smart.

They sold me Grey 2006 Ford F-350 Harley Davidson that was suppose to be a clean title truck and also had a carfax money back guarantee. After buying the truck the paint started to flake off and I noticed that cab had been replaced with a white king ranch and the doors and bed are off of a dark truck. I contacted Timothy Trejo a couple days after buying the truck and was told to file a claim with carfax. Carfax denied the claim. I contacted Timothy Trejo again, I requested a refund so I can purchase another truck. He said the only thing they would do is buy the truck back at a MUCH LOWER price then what I payed for it the week earlier. Just to give a example of how dishonest they are; I tested the engine on another Ford f-250 Harley Davidson with 6.0 diesel engine on their lot before I purchased this one. That truck has a cracked head and the coolant is full of oil because of it. I told them about the cracked head problem on it and they seemed not to shocked about it. They still have that truck on the lot for sale with the bad engine. Reply to USA Car expo: Timothy Trejo told me that the last resort was for truck maybe bought back at a much lower price then I payed for it. I spent a week talking to him about it. Yesterday afternoon he said there is nothing that can USA car expo could do about it. After that I wrote this review. I did call him again at 5:15 the say day and gave him another chance to make it right. At that point he said after reading the review we could proceed no further because of it. I told him that I could delete or modify the review if the truck was refunded. Again, he said that USA car expo could not proceed any further. I have not been dishonest at all about the entire experience.
