I had been watching a 2002 Toyota Tacoma that Tino had on his lot for some time. It was in OK shape, but had some issues, some concerned me and some did not. I made my deal with Tino and paid him cash. I bought this truck with the intention of using it as a work truck for a side business I run in addition to my full time job. The day after taking the truck home I learned exactly why I got the price I did. At the time of purchase the ABS light was on, but we were able to clean some connections and it went off, but not for long. It had leaking valve cover gaskets which was not a major issue to me, but there was no way he didnt know about it. Now the ABS pump is confirmed bad by the shop Tino recommended and I believe he knew and kept it quiet. An ABS pump for a 2002 Tacoma is next to impossible to find and somewhat pricey if you manage to find one. His solution was it will just function as a car without ABS and will still pass state safety inspection. This was his scapegoat, but I believe has a safety feature its there for a reason and function. I dont lay all this responsibility on Tino because there were things I could have done to possibly avert some of these issues, but if he wants to establish himself as a reputable used car dealer he needs to take some responsibility for what he sells. There was one point where I started to believe that he may not have known about these problems because I truly believe he gets them and throws them on the lot and does not have them checked out by a mechanic for anything. His comment from awhile back regarding he does put any vehicles on his lot that Car Fax shows have been in an accident, dont fall for that lie. This Tacoma had been in one and it was clear on the Car Fax. My advice is if you find a car on his lot that you want insist that he allow you to take it to a mechanic of your choice to have it checked out. I will not reccomend him or his business, because even amongst used car dealer there are much better ones out there.

I went to auto woodlands needing a reliable car & spoke with Tino. He seemed real nice and his lot was packed with nice looking cars. I picked out a small car that everything seemed to work on & a week later the windows stopped working. Two weeks after that the ac went out also. I didnt mind charging it to give it another chance so thats what I did, this did not solve the problem. Next issue, I was having to add steering fluid, the battery was starting to go dead, the radio was throwing a code, it was over heating & it was having electrical issues. At this point, my 2nd payment was paid & I decided its time to go talk to Tino. We spoke for about 30 minutes, he told me he had many other deals in the works & my small $5,500 dollar deal with 23% interest & $1,000 down was not worth it to him. He tried convincing me that he was doing me a favor and the only way he could help was to fix the car and add the cost of repairs onto my note with 23% interest. My hope was to switch into another vehicle and pay the difference. Tino did not agree and presumed to tell me that I was upside down on the car & there was nothing he would do. Im not going to pay 23% interest and thousands on a marked up car plus the cost of repairs on a vehicle that still had paper plates on it. After 2 payments I brought the car back and told him to keep the piece of junk. So Im back in the same boat I was before, minus $1400...... I can honestly say Im in worse shape than before I did business with Tino. I never got any calls about helping me after our conversation when he said he would do repairs but he quickly sent my reminder to make a payment 3 days after my due date.

Ive been scoping this place out for the past week, just got my 2002 Mazda Miata here yesterday, so far so good. Tino did an excellent job, worked an good deal for me, and put more time than required for me. The building is new and tidy. The car is beautiful and hasnt given me any issues. Most of the cars on the lot do have 100k+ miles, however, mine as well as the rest seems to be in good condition, but it obviously depends on the vehicle. From what Ive seen so far, id recommend you at least check them out if youre looking at a used vehicle.

Ive been checking this place out online and was pleased with what I saw...however....when I got there the cars looked terrible and was nothing like what I saw online!! No one even came out to the lot to see if I needed any assistance or questions. The cars that I was looking at had obviously been wrecked but online says no wrecks!!! Dont go here....very misleading!!

Great place to buy a car, i bought a 2005 Hyundai Tucson and since the beggining the car feels like new, no problem at all. It was quite satisfactory to have bought there, Tino has a very friendly and professional service. Highly recommended.
