I bought a gas stove and refrigerator from these guys and had them install it. Right away I smelled gas when the oven was heating up so I called them so they could fix it. They told me I was only smelling the stove breaking in. So after a couple months of swearing I smelling gas every time I turn on the oven I had some people over and they said they were smelling gas. I then called them and told them multiple people are smelling gas and I need someone out. The guy they send out gave me a condescending attitude the whole time he was out. He just checks the gas line going into the stove and says there is no leak and made me feel like Im stupid for thinking anything is wrong but he is going to order a regulator anyway. The repair guy then calls back and says he talked to the maker of the stove and there is nothing wrong with the stove and I should call out the gas company if I smell gas. So I call out the gas company and they send someone out right away. As soon as I turned the oven on he said he could hear the problem and smell it. One side of the oven burners would light but the other side was dumping too much gas for it to light. He made a turn of some screw that regulates how much gas goes to the oven burner so it had the proper gas to air mixture and now it works fine. No part needed. Then there is the refrigerator they installed. After they installed it the door would want to swing out and hit the wall. I put a level on the refrigerator and it was way off. I pulled the refrigerator out and they had put two boards under the back legs. I pulled one out and leveled the front feet and now the refrigerator works like normal. Bottom line is, these guys had us breathing carbon monoxide for months and never did install the stove or the refrigerator properly. You have been warned.

We had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with this service and had to pay $90 without our dishwasher being repaired. The repair man initially diagnosed the problem as a faulty dishwasher door seal which cost us $35 and we had to wait 3 days to have them order and bring it to us. It took the repair man only 2 minutes to install, and it STILL LEAKED!!! Then he rediagnosed it as a faulty valve instead. In addition, after being very rude and aggressive, he changed the price 3 times-from $186 to $155 to the original estimate of $90 when it was evident that it still leaked! We definitely will look for a Reliable Appliance Service, and WE WILL NEVER USE -- EXCELSIOR APPLIANCEE AGAIN ! ! ! I only wish I had read the previous review which clarified how this company handled a very dangerous gas problem with a new stove that they had sold and installed to the client!!!

Have used them several times, overall very happy with them. Most recently, the repairman offered the cheaper option of rebuilding vs replacing a motor in our washer -- took a day longer but saved $.
