Love the service! I know everytime I buy something it is new, not used. I am happy they have the return policy they do as I only want to do a job once and not get a part somebody else junked misdiagnosing their appliances. Counter people are honest, look for the best price, and sell factory APPROVED parts. I always find that diagnosing your problem first, than ordering as needed is the way to go. Thanks guys for the great help and service!

Ordered four parts for my oven; needed to return two because after I got the oven open I realized I did not need them. One bag was open, but not used. After I dropped them off, I got a call back from them and they claimed since one part appeared used (it was not) they could not honor the return (even with the 20% restocking fee). So if youre looking to help pay for these guys inventory to sell back to others; this is a good place!

These guys almost always will have your residential or commercial appliance parts in stock. Prices ok for retail, way better for commercial clients. Only real downside is many things wont show on the website when searching so have to call or visit to confirm availability sometimes.
