Never order from this company. Their customer service is unprofessional, rude and will blame the customer for any mishaps. I ordered a very expensive Vitamix blender, and it took two weeks to arrive. I was never notified of the delay in shipping. When I brought up that I was disappointed in the lack of communication, their customer service team blamed me for not reading the "ships from manufacturer" icon on the webpage, even though the page said that it takes "1-2 days of processing time." All I wanted was a commitment to try to improve communications, this company had a great opportunity to apologize and say they hope to improve communications next time. Instead, they were unprofessional, used an all cap response when responding, and blamed me for not seeing the "ships from manufacturer" icon. Truly unprofessional and passive aggressive. Never shop from them, ever. I will post the message history from eKomi when it becomes published to show you the unprofessionalism of this company.

My husband surprised me with the purchase of a KitchenAid stand mixer for Christmas. He made the purchase online, November 27, with the simultaneous assistance of customer service, as he had no working knowledge of kitchen appliances, other than the consumption of what they create. The mixer arrive at our home on December 1. wow! that was quick. Mixer exceeds all of my expectations. The only minor speed-bump was the wrong flex-beater was ordered. I called customer service this morning and Rick at customer service was able to send out the correct beater. This kind of responsiveness is rare these days. As consumers we are quick to condemn and slow to compliment, not me! I really appreciate a company that shows its appreciation for their customers. Everything Kitchens was not only the low price leader, they are the customer service Yodas! I will be doing business with them again, ...often.

This place has an unprofessional customer service and rude from beginning to end of conversation. They list on their website "free 3-day shipping" for members so I placed an order for a kitchenaid mixer. However, on the order confirmation, it was more like 5 day shipping, not counting the day it was ordered. So when I mentioned this to the rep, he said that its not 3-day shipping for CA and its explained on the bottom of the page. Only certain states are 3 day shipping guaranteed and when I complained about it he said that its a "gimmick." yeah, its the exact word he used. He had a plenty of chances to apologize but never did and spoke as if there is nothing wrong with their business ethics. To sum it up, they are unprofessional, rude, and puts misleading, false advertisement. Be aware.

I bought a coffee maker from this company. They claim to have a comprehensive price match policy--not so. They consider sales tax as a "fee" and add to the final price of their competitors price. In California, we are required to pay sales tax--even if the company is outside of California and doesnt initially charge sales tax. Their representatives became rude and wouldnt comprehend that they needed to add sales tax to their final price to compare "apples" to "apples". Very frustrating...bad customer service as they did not respond to several emails and price match requests. I had to call to resolve this. At this point, I wish I had just cancelled the order and given my business to Best Buy. Buyer be aware!

FRAUDULANT ADVERTISING!!! After doing tons of research on a product my husband had wanted for while, I decided to purchase the product from Everything Kitchen because the price was good after their advertised "mail in rebate" deal on that specific product! They even itemized it on my receipt how much rebate i will be getting, plus they mailed me the coupon for the rebate with the product. But, when i mailed in the coupon along with itemized receipt, and proof of purchase for that product advertized for that mail in rebate, guess what??? Everything Kitchen said the product didnt qualify for the rebate. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! Product works great...will never buy from this place ever again!!!

I purchased the Kitchen Aid Mixer for Christmas gift. It arrived very quickly as promised and the price was excellent. Because some of the reviews I read stated their mixer was scratched or damaged I opened the box immediately upon arrival. The mixer was in the manufacturers original box properly packed in foam so I am wondering why other customers are blaming Everything Kitchens for a damaged unit. Seems that would be a Kitchen Aid Manufacturer issue. Have not used the unit at this point but if it is faulty in any way I am thinking thats a manufacturers warranty issue. So as far as Everything Kitchens; I feel they did a good job, price and delivery were spot on.

Ordered a pitcher for a water distiller online. Never received an order confirmation, and definitely did not receive a back order notification. Ordered through another company, as 5 weeks later, the product arrives, after we had received the product from a different seller. Upon letting them know we received the product, we were then charged for the product, as they didnt realize that they sent it to us. They refused to pay for the return shipping, and charged me a restocking fee. Worst experience ever, trying to do the "right" thing.

My son ordered a gift for me for Christmas. It was backordered, and it did not arrive until January 28. After finding out that it did not fit my mixer, I contacted the company about a return. Rudeness is their way of dealing with the customer from start to finish. Beware! If you get something that doesnt work or you dont want, they charge you 15% to return it PLUS you have to pay for shipping it back.

Everyone should be away from this company. They charge you re-stocking fee on an un-open, new in the box item and YOU self-paid for the shipping too. This company would try to favor themselves and make the return not feasible to customers. Even they look like a few dollar cheaper then other places, it isnt the true story at the end. They would charge you even more later.

Junkmail trap - Everything Kitchens will abuse your personal information and sign you up for trash paper magazines that you do not want, provided by publishers who are unwilling to unsubscribe you from their paper waste supply. They have zero respect for customer privacy. I will never buy from this company again and I would not recommend anyone to shop there.

Awesome customer service. I called before I placed the order and the associate was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I placed my order and it arrived within 3 days in a Kitchen Aid box with a rebate form in perfect condition. This is my new source for all my kitchen shopping! Great experience!

Received a toaster that was damaged in transit, gave Everything Kitchens a call and they said send some pictures back to them. So I took some pictures and they sent out a new toaster the same day. Wow! Great prices, fast shipping, and great customer service.
