I got purchased 4 groupons to purchase 4 different sets of flowers delivered for mothers day. on the groupon it stated any orders placed before Friday would guaranteed to be delivered on Mothers Day. I went on the website to order my flowers. the cheapest arrangement was 40.00 (the amount of the groupon voucher). So I spent almost 90$ total for the groupon vouchers. I then spent an additional 30$ per order (shipping and vase). I placed the order on Tuesday of the week of Mothers Day. The options for delivery date had all days leading up to Mothers Day "available" however when I clicked on the Friday option it said not available. And then it greyed out anything on the weekend (including Mothers Day). So my only option was Thursday delivery, no big deal, I put in the addresses put my phone number for all 4 orders as the contact number. No where during the order process did it specify delivery times or an option to pay for early delivery. I assumed if its being delivered to a company it would be during normal business hours. On Thursday I got confirmation that two of the orders were delivered. Around 1430 on Thursday the other two had not been delivered (I knew they werent because one was supposed to go to my co-worker that I work in the same building with, and the other was going to my nanny and they were supposed to be delivered to my own house). I called (and was hung up on twice in the middle of explaining my issue) and informed them that we hadnt received them. She stated they normally deliver after 5.... which is absurd to me. I told them that doesnt work and they needed to be delivered before 4. The lady said she will put a note in to the florist and if they were not able to deliver them before 4 she would call me or send an email. I went to a meeting at 3 and when I returned at 5 I had not received any confirmation of delivery nor did my co-worker say anything about getting flowers (which she definitely would). when I finally got home at 6:30 I asked my husband if our nanny had flowers when she left, he said no. and they also werent delivered while my husband was home either. So first thing this morning I called again. I spoke with a customer service rep who stated both orders show confirmed delivery. She spent quite a bit of time trying to get me to call and confirm with the recipients that they didnt receive them, I explained to her that I work at the one address and live at the other and I know for sure they were not delivered. When she finally believed they werent delivered she stated I can either have a full refund or process another order for new flowers. I told her I still want the flowers to be delivered but that I needed to change the address now (since my nanny had the day off) and that they needed to be delivered by 1. The lady stated "that is probably not going to happen, but I can put a note in to the florist and elevate this to my supervisor". I told her I would like that. she took my number and stated a supervisor would call. 2 hours later I still had not received a phone call (this is about 1030 now). I called customer service back.... 10x... every single time I called I was on hold for around 5-10 minutes and then the music would stop and the call would disconnect. I spent 30 minutes trying to get ahold of someone. I finally decided to stop going through the customer service option and went through the "ordering" option... after 1 minute of hold music a rep picked up. I explained my situation (which has now been about 5x ive had to explain the situation and 2x now that ive had to convince the rep that they were actually not delivered). She apologized, and stated that there was a note that they could not deliver on base (I live on a military installation) and that there was no phone number to contact to get access to base (which is a lie because my phone number was attached to all 4 orders and the rep confirmed it was). continued on second post....

Ordered#9890545 flowers from (Blooms Today) on 12 Aug 17, gave them all the information requested and phone number of the Funeral Home where I wanted the flowers delivered. Wanted flowers to be delivered to the Funeral Home by 12pm on 14 Aug 17, and requested a email receipt when it was done. Did not receive email so I decided to call. The customer representative told me that they checked the Website of the Funeral Home and did not see any Viewing information so they decided to just deliver the flowers to the Church 15 Aug 17 by 10am Tuesday Morning right before the Funeral service. I ask a simple question, "did you think to call the Funeral Home, which was posted on the Order Form, or you could have call me". The customer representative stated that it is their policy to just check the website, and not call to verify if the web page was updated for that day. I have look all over (Blooms Today) web page and no where does is say we will only look at a website to see if a view is going on for that day. A simple phone call to the Funeral would have confirmed my request, the delivery should have went to the Funeral home as requested anyway and if they had a problem they should have call me. This company does not deserve even one star with such bad service. Asked to speak to the Manager, she would not call using the Blooms Today number, but used a restricted phone number. This is not a professional company for business. I would not recommend. Benjamin Fitzpatrick

Do not use this service - they do not deliver according to their advertised guarantees, they do not contact you when they cannot meet these guarantees and they only give excuses as to why they cannot meet their advertised guarantees instead of trying to make it right. Frankly this organization should be slammed by false advertisement/bait and switch lawsuits as I have found on other reviews and complaints websites this treatment is extremely common. Ordered before their deadline for same day delivery, received confirmation e-mail that it was going to be delivered that day. My relative did not receive the flowers that day. I gave it till mid day the next and still not received. Called customer service to receive a refund, customer service agent offered excuses that were meaningless as they were pretty much stating that the organization has no intention to meet their SLAs if they get busy and that they have no reason to contact the client if the service paid for will not be received. I had to state far more unpleasantly than I would have liked that I do not care what the excuses are and I wanted my refund in order for the agent to press ahead. Avoid this company at all costs - you will not get what you paid for... Guaranteed.

I ordered flowers for a funeral on MONDAY directly through the online obituary. This is the company they use unfortunately. Promised delivery was the next day, Tuesday. Myself and the family was at the funeral home all day Tuesday approving the body for viewing, meeting with the pastor, etc. Those flowers did not show up. I figured okay maybe theyre running late and will deliver after hours or by morning. When we showed up for the funeral today the flowers were still not there. Very upset about this I called the toll free number to find out what happened. The lady ARGUED with me that "yes the flowers WERE delivered on Tuesday to that address" and then insisted that I go around asking the staff at the funeral home if they are CERTAIN they did not receive the flowers. Mind you this lady KNEW we had just arrived for this funeral that was in process. That was totally unprofessional. Not to mention all I was offered was a refund. No sorry for your loss... or oh let us contact this florist to ask if they truly delivered the flowers as they say they did rather than having you questions folks at the funeral home all while trying to grieve. HORRIBLE service.
